The designers have created a Boho Beach Theme throughout with every attention to detail creating a luxurious calm ambience. The downstairs is open plan. Above is a mezzanine bedroom with a seating area providing wonderful views. The property offers non-smoking, self catering accommodation with its own south facing, private, courtyard garden, surfboard/suit storage & off-road parking for one car.

The ocean view speaks for itself 🌅. With two beaches a 3-minute walk (Porth & Lusty Glaze), and many more a little way further, you can leave the car on the drive. The South West Coast path is right here too (1-min walk), if you fancy stretching those legs! It's so quiet around here you'll forget you're a 15-minute walk from Newquay town centre, and only a 8-minute drive to Fistral Beach. It's a perfect spot for families & couples. We sleep up to 5 guests (and any four-legged family members).

Wake up, Smell the coffee, see the sea and explore our beautiful county. Check in to a home away from home. We live in a small village which boasts one of the best Cornish beaches. We are within walking distance of the beach and cliff top walks to the neighbouring beaches. There is a bus stop 30 meters from the flat which can take you to Newquay or Truro City.
