Welcome to Dancing Pines Cottage! We are located across from West Harbor Pond with beautiful water views in each room. Relax on the deck or bbq on the patio or take a short drive into charming Boothbay Harbor town for lobster rolls. We have three bedrooms and a den/office and 2 full bathrooms and can accommodate up to 7 guests. The house is private and has ample parking. One week rentals for June, July, and August (Saturday-Saturday). Starting January 2025 we will no longer allow pets.

Cozy home, exactly as described, extremely clean, fully stocked kitchen, and quiet neighborhood. The location was perfect for driving over to Acadia National Park. The portable heaters worked very well and the duvet kept us warm at night. Worth the price given the season of fall tourism down in the Bar Harbor area. Even got to see a moose in the backyard on the way home!

This was our first Airbnb experience and I have to say that this location was beautiful, clean, cozy and just awesome. There are no words that can describe the view! You have to see it for yourself to believe it. Our host Aaron was very responsive, and very kind. This place was pet friendly and our puppy Elsa made herself right at home. This place is a gem! Anthony was a wonderful, friendly host. The property was clean, modern, and spacious. Remote enough to feel like you've escaped, but close enough to necessary amenities (like groceries), and just under and hour drive to Acadia National Park! Wouldn't hesitate to consider rebooking for a trip in the future!

We had the best time. The cabin was beautiful and felt like we were in our own little world. Everything was clean and cozy and the kitchen was nicely stocked for both cooking and baking. Close enough to civilisation to explore and shop, but exactly the cabin get away we were looking for.

Can’t say enough about Craig’s beautiful lakeside cottage. If you like remote, peaceful and being close to nature this is for you. The house and contents seemed brand new and they had thought of everything we could want, right down to pancake mix, maple syrup and Maine blueberries for our breakfasts. An easy drive to Acadia. Craig was communicative, friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic stay and hope we’ll be back.

Wow, this treehouse was just amazing! Toni was an excellent host and really made our stay special. The lake was beautiful and the treehouse was so cozy. Even in mid October this was a great trip. The lobster pound and Acadia National Park are must see’s along with the Belfast farmers market. Our friends will be hearing about this place!

My cousin and I spent a week at holly's house. We made our day trips from there. All the sights were easily and quickly accessible by car from there. Whether in the north, south, east or west of Maine. We enjoyed spending our evenings in a fully equipped house. From check-in to check-out, everything was uncomplicated. We really enjoyed our time there.

The Lake House was the perfect cozy stay! Everything was immaculately clean, easy to use and comfortable. We can’t wait to travel back to Chemo Pond!

We loved our stay in this cozy RV! It was well accommodated with everything we needed. Very clean and well kept. There are two other RVs on the property, so if you look out one of the small windows you can see them but it is otherwise pretty private (and there are shades you can pull down on all the windows). Gets great natural light from the sky lights! The only real con is the location. We were obviously visiting Acadia but looking further out to get a better deal. We didn't realize quite how far this was and that there is pretty much nothing in Blue Hill. It is 45 minutes to an hour to anywhere on Mount Desert Island, so it was a haul each day and definitely not convenient to come back to the RV during the day. If we did it again, we would probably stay somewhere in Ellsworth.
