It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, surrounded by nature and with panoramic views of the valley. Free parking is 20 meters away.

Welcome to Le Tre Poiane, a country house nestled in the Abruzzo hills, just a few miles from the historic village of Penne, one of the most charming towns in the hinterland. Here, the landscape unfolds across fields, vineyards, and distant mountains, with the silhouette of Gran Sasso in the background. An Italian stone that accompanies sunsets. The house is designed for those who love authentic spaces and conviviality: large wooden tables, a cozy living room with a fireplace, and a panoramic swimming pool surrounded by nature.

The cosy log cabin is located separately on a small-scale nature campsite, between ancient olive trees. The hut has a living area including a kitchenette and a sleeping area for two people. Around the cabin you can see the peaks of the Gran Sasso on one side and the high mountains of the Majella on the other side. At the terrace there's a lot of privacy. The municipal access road to the site is a little steep. Within walking distance you can find a pizzeria and during the weekend an agriturismo.

The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
