Apartment vacation rentals in Penne

We stayed with Alfredo in May. At this time, the beaches are still very empty but we were already able to rent umbrellas and sun loungers just around the corner on the beach. The apartment of Alfredo is well suited for 2 people. We had a lovely time in Montesilvano. Thank you very much

All was fine for our brief stay!

The apartment is located in the city center, but it is still very quiet. On the ground floor there is a bar where you can go down in the morning for breakfast and in the evening for an aperitif. There are many good restaurants, shops, bars, you will find everything you need. Both the station and the beach are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious, equipped with everything you need. Well-functioning air conditioning offered relief after a hot day on the beach. An added bonus is the huge rooftop terrace, furnished with patio furniture and an umbrella. We spent our evenings there pleasantly. We will definitely return to Pescara and this apartment. Grace is a wonderful guest, she responded quickly to our questions.

Apartment with two large terraces ideal for outdoor dining or sunbathing if you don't want to go to the beach… Very nice children's bedroom, with ample space to store items and clothes… Kitchen equipped with any utensils. The apartment is on the second floor with an elevator, ideal for strollers, in a very quiet residential area and close to the sea.

Even better than expected. The photos were very accurate, but the space was even more amazing than the photos showed. A recent full renovation to this top floor apartment was premium. We chose this apartment for its location and it did not disappoint. Located right on the Main Street and walking to dozens of bars, restaurants, and attractions. We were more than pleased with this experience and would recommend it fully.

Domenico has been a great host. Always present but never in the way. The apartment is located in a super quiet location, you'll be greeted every morning with a beautiful view of the mountain and the sounds of nature. There aren't many amenities at walkable distance but in 15 minutes by car you have a lot available. I would go back

Very spacious, beautiful, clean and well-kept apartment with a large balcony, beautifully furnished living room with very comfortable seating places and two bathrooms in an excellent location, very close to the beach and the sea and to well-stocked shops (e.g. Tigre open everyday until 22:00) and various restaurants. In such a beautiful, modernly furnished apartment with a dishwasher and washer-dryer, you can rest and relax with pleasure. You can stay here both for a short and long time, also with children. The owner Cristiano, an exceptionally nice, friendly and kind person, is happy to answer various questions related to the use of the apartment. Flexible check-in and check-out hours. If we come to Pescara again, we would definitely like to be guests of Cristiano again.

Great location! Very close to all of the restaurants / shops & beach. Very spacious. Has 3 suites inside of the unit. Although we only needed one, it was nice having the space in the center of the city.

The accommodation is perfect in all respects. Very spacious, very clean, tastefully furnished. The host and co-host are very friendly and helpful and have provided all the necessary information. They made us feel welcome!

Great experience House as described in the photos Quiet area

The house surrounded by olive trees creates an atmosphere of relaxation in absolute silence, all surrounded by a really deserving view. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your stay (dishes, towels...). Bruno was a very kind host and always ready to help us! The places he recommended left us pleasantly satisfied.

Very friendly telephone and in-person contacts, the father is a person who welcomes you as if you were family. The place deserves a quiet vacation and the apartment is comfortable and clean. Thank you

We were received very familially. Everything was well presented to us, from the apartment to the family to the dog👍🏻. Michele even got us and borrowed the forgotten power adapter CH over the weekend, fantastic. We felt completely comfortable and welcome. The organic olive oil is also excellent. I had already been in this house a few years back and had a great time. Also in this case, both check-in and checkout were very easy and Giovanni came against me for the times. The house is very spacious and tidy and, for what I could need during the 3 days of stay, I found everything I needed. The location is also very convenient: close to the village center (reachable in 5 minutes on foot) but still secluded. If there's a chance, I think I'll be back.

Sparkling clean, lovely updated apartment, host was very communicative and explained the details of the unit, beautiful view and quiet, peaceful surroundings. I hope we can visit again in the summer to use the pool!

Well done and recently renovated apartment. The rooms are spacious and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything and the two bathrooms, very clean, give an extra help to prepare. There are supermarkets nearby and the highway is just a few miles away. Highly recommended!!
