Our family bought this 3 bed, 1.5 bath ranch for Grandma to live close by, but Grandma is out living her life to the fullest, so at her suggestion we’ve listed the home while she is away. This is not a secluded cabin in the woods. Please expect to hear kids playing, dogs barking, cars passing by, etc. during the daylight hours. Garage is not available. Close to zoo, museums, Monroeville, S.V. Temple, etc. Use "Stotler Rd and Universal Rd" as approximate location.

I've stayed at this house a few times. There was a minor issue when I was checking in but it was resolved immediately by the hosts. Really appreciate their attention to detail in keeping this house well run and I will be visiting again. Note that this room does come with a desk! I didn't spot it in the photos at first.
