We loved our stay in this beautiful house! It's even better in person than the photos - and the photos are pretty great! Perfect location - peaceful and secluded but not far from anything. Melissa was amazing and communicated quickly when any question arose - we were able to check in early and check out late which was an awesome benefit with wine in the car! The amenities are perfection: such a well-stocked kitchen and a pristinely clean bathroom. The bed was so comfortable and the character throughout this lovely old granary really made it a stand out. The location is central to many wineries, breweries and great restaurants - we never felt far from anything but it was so quiet and peaceful to be surrounded by fields and so much green! The hot tub was an amazing bonus and we used it on an unexpectedly cold May night. I along with my two sons and grandson stayed at Annemarie's home for a few days over Labor Day weekend. The home was very clean and well equipped. Annemarie's home is located eight miles from downtown in a quiet neighborhood. Using the trail, you can bike the eight miles to the downtown area in approximately 40 minutes. We will definitely book Annemarie's home for our next visit to Traverse City.

WONDERFUL! Look no further. Best Airbnb in town. We absolutely love staying here. It checks every box: super clean, incredibly comfortable, and convenient - perfect location close to downtown Traverse City and just a short drive to so many great local adventures. Erin is an exceptional host. Thoughtful, responsive, and full of helpful recommendations. You can truly feel how much she cares about both the home and her guests. This was our second stay here, and it definitely won’t be our last!

Fantastic home! We loved everything about this place. Lots of space for our family of six. House was clean, stocked with lots of amenities. Linens, towels, board games, books, kitchen supplies.. We loved the beautiful view, deck, fire pit, dock, paddle board and kayak. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

Where do I start… this was the perfect getaway for myself, my husband and our fur baby. The house was exactly as described and is placed in the most peaceful neighborhood - while also being minutes away from everything Traverse City has to offer! Ramy is the most wonderful host; answering all our questions and suggesting some great local spots as well. We felt immediately at ease and truly could enjoy our vacation thanks to Ramy and this perfect lil home. We hope to be back next time we visit Traverse City! ☺️

What made this place so special was all the thought out little details our host included with our stay. The home was very clean and organized. Everything we needed was available. If we are ever back in Traverse City we would return to this little gem!

The house was spacious inside and outside (fenced backyard and large deck) and worked well for our needs. Dog amenities like water bowls and towels definitely appreciated! Hosts are kind and responsive, an issue came up with coffeemaker and they fixed it right away. The walk out basement area is cute and also has some really cool features like infrared sauna!! Would stay again if back in the area.

My husband and I enjoyed a weekend away at Paula's unique property. We ate at a few of the restaurants; it was nice having multiple options nearby. We went hiking and explored the beautiful grounds. We also enjoyed some time on the porch. I would definitely stay at Paula's place again!

My partner and I’s stay at Jeffrey and Holly’s suite was outstanding. The space felt incredibly homely, with cozy decor and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. It was spotless and well-equipped with snacks, coffee, beach amenities, you name it - and we loved using their kayaks for exploring Silver Lake. They were friendly and provided smooth check-in instructions. The price for the area far beats any hotel we could have booked considering how comfortable, clean, and private the unit was. As other reviews said, mechanical noises and footsteps can be heard, but this did not bother us at all. We loved this unit so much, we will probably check the availability for our next trip to TC. This was hands down the best AirBNB we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend!

The apartment was clean, nicely furnished, quiet neighborhood, close to town and lake. Overall, a nice place to stay, reasonably priced.

Great location with a super host. Only small issues — no freezer for the ice pad we need for a knee issue and, the bed, though comfortable is insanely high — even with a step stool was tough for my five foot wife to get in and out of. Super thick mattress plus a couple inch topper. Incredibly well stocked and super clean. Parking was a breeze and the front deck was a real nice bonus. Wonderful experience.

Perfect location...an easy walk to stores, restaurants, breweries and the bay. Bike path is just a couple blocks away. Very clean and spacious. Well equipped from the breakfast bars and coffee (much appreciated!) to plush towels (and lots of them!) Absolutely love the decor!

The apartment is really nice-great kitchen and comfy beds. The WiFi and TV reception are spotty but we were there to mostly be outside anyway. Camille is very responsive and we would definitely stay here again. Very close to many wineries, cute towns, cities, and beaches. The color of the trees was the prettiest I have ever seen.

We loved our stay at John and Kelly's place. The entire rental was extremely clean and matched the photos. They were responsive and friendly when I reached out with questions before and during our stay. Most of all, you can't beat this location!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo in the Traverse City Commons! The space was incredibly spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is fantastic—quiet, charming, and close to everything, yet still feels tucked away. For the size and quality of the condo, it’s a surprisingly affordable find. Definitely a hidden gem—we’ll be recommending it to friends and would love to stay again!

We really enjoyed Benjamin's place. Although we did not have children, the extra touches to make one comfortable were thoughtful. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bathroom amenities and welcome basket a pleasant extra touch! We were enjoyed both a morning and evening walk and was nice to not have a permanent parking spot for the weekend!

Perfect location and exactly what we needed. Very quiet. Grounds were beautiful. My only question going in was if the brew pub in the same building would be a distraction but definitely was not. Actually the opposite. We had multiple nice visits there, friendly staff and closes early too. The immediate surrounding area was very quiet and peaceful after 9 PM Saturday night The ability to temporarily pull up to the ground level front door to unload vehicle was handy. So many food and drink options within a few minute walk and great hiking trails right behind building up into hills west of TC were also great. Would stay again for sure. The history of the facility is very interesting and would recommend taking one of the tours available.
