Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Peninsula Township

My husband and I enjoyed a weekend away at Paula's unique property. We ate at a few of the restaurants; it was nice having multiple options nearby. We went hiking and explored the beautiful grounds. We also enjoyed some time on the porch. I would definitely stay at Paula's place again!

We enjoyed our stay at Andrew's and didn't want to leave. It was very clean, easy to check in, and exactly what we needed after spending the day at Sleeping Bear Dunes. The continental breakfast that was available was one of the best parts and it really made it easy for us to relax the night before and not worry about breakfast. We definitely want to come back and stay again in the future.

We loved our stay at jeffrey’s place! From the pictures, we were expecting it to be great but it exceeded our high expectations! The location is perfect for exploring traverse city. The decor is elevated and the space was more than sufficient for our group of 5. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds felt high-end. It’s not often when all bedrooms have a king bed! We were thrilled. Would highly recommend!

The apartment was clean, nicely furnished, quiet neighborhood, close to town and lake. Overall, a nice place to stay, reasonably priced.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The check in was flawless and smooth, just as the directions clearly explained. The bed and sheets were super comfortable. The only complaint I'd make is minor and that is that there are only 4 parking spots behind the condo so all but one night we had to pay $20 for the parking garage next to the condo. Luckily the parking garage is so close that this wasn't a problem but did add cost to our rental that we weren't expecting. But, overall we really like this condo and this location! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location with a super host. Only small issues — no freezer for the ice pad we need for a knee issue and, the bed, though comfortable is insanely high — even with a step stool was tough for my five foot wife to get in and out of. Super thick mattress plus a couple inch topper. Incredibly well stocked and super clean. Parking was a breeze and the front deck was a real nice bonus. Wonderful experience.

This was our second stay at Ken and Rhonda’s. It is still as nice as we remembered. It was very clean- which is always appreciated. Our dogs loved laying outside and listening to the birds. Thank you for a peaceful place to stay up north!

It checks every box: super clean, incredibly comfortable, and convenient - perfect location close to downtown Traverse City and just a short drive to so many great local adventures. Erin is an exceptional host. Thoughtful, responsive, and full of helpful recommendations. You can truly feel how much she cares about both the home and her guests. This was our second stay here, and it definitely won’t be our last!

I along with my two sons and grandson stayed at Annemarie's home for a few days over Labor Day weekend. The home was very clean and well equipped. Annemarie's home is located eight miles from downtown in a quiet neighborhood. Using the trail, you can bike the eight miles to the downtown area in approximately 40 minutes. We will definitely book Annemarie's home for our next visit to Traverse City.

Fantastic home! We loved everything about this place. Lots of space for our family of six. House was clean, stocked with lots of amenities. Linens, towels, board games, books, kitchen supplies.. We loved the beautiful view, deck, fire pit, dock, paddle board and kayak. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

Where do I start… this was the perfect getaway for myself, my husband and our fur baby. The house was exactly as described and is placed in the most peaceful neighborhood - while also being minutes away from everything Traverse City has to offer! Ramy is the most wonderful host; answering all our questions and suggesting some great local spots as well. We felt immediately at ease and truly could enjoy our vacation thanks to Ramy and this perfect lil home. We hope to be back next time we visit Traverse City! ☺️

We had a great stay! The house is in a wooded and private feeling lot. Lovely inside too with a well equipped kitchen. The porch is great for relaxing with coffee or a drink. We will definitely be trying to stay again.

We had a great time at Debra and Greg’s Traverse City house! It was very comfortable and kid friendly. I definitely recommend this place for families visiting the area. So easy to get out and walk around the neighborhood and go to shops!

We were impressed by the comfort and welcome of the little red cabin. The hosts were wonderful, amenities plentiful and the cabin was cozy. We very much enjoyed the fire pit and the rocking Adirondack chairs. The outdoor space allowed us to soak up the sun and gain a quiet break from the city life. Easy to drive around this area + we really enjoyed our time spent at the cabin cooking meals and spending time with our dog (it was so amazing that there were bowls there for him). The location was perfect for us. We look forward to returning for another future visit.

The house was spacious inside and outside (fenced backyard and large deck) and worked well for our needs. Dog amenities like water bowls and towels definitely appreciated! Hosts are kind and responsive, an issue came up with coffeemaker and they fixed it right away. The walk out basement area is cute and also has some really cool features like infrared sauna!! Would stay again if back in the area.

Enjoyable stay and exceeded our expectations. If/when we are back in the area we would love to stay here again!!

Great spot to stay!! - Love the check-in system you have with the keys. No relying on batteries! - The condo was quite lovely for the four of us. Plenty of room. - Host went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay - providing toiletries, noise machine, etc. Incredibly thoughtful. - Check out/clean up requests were completely reasonable. Great place to stay!! Would definitely stay again on our next trip up!

Great condo with everything you need and felt new. Very comfortable and clean. Easy to get to restaurants and shopping.

We could not have been happier with our stay. The location is perfect and the accommodations made our young family feel at home. Just about everything was walkable, including Clinch Park, and the parking garage and path to the condo was stroller friendly. Would definitely want to stay here again the next time we’re in town. Natalia clearly has paid attention to every detail to make the stay relaxing and comfortable.

Our little family had a great time at Laurie’s place! As the saying goes, “Location, location, location!” We were in town for a specific purpose, but this would’ve been a great spot to launch downtown adventures from or to check out the West Bay beach area more. Laurie had clear check-in communication, her place was really clean, and it had all the amenities we needed for a quick family weekend in town.

We had a great time during our visit to Traverse City and Jennifer’s condo at the Capri was perfect for our stay - close to Front Street and some our favorite places like Firefly, Rare Bird and The Parlor. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay. The place was nice, clean, updated, easy to check in and i felt very safe during my stay. I would definitely recommend staying here instead of a hotel room.

Awesome place to step away from reality and just live in the moment. Loved the location because it was just a short drive to many attractions. The host Jeff went above and beyond to welcome us with a bottle of champagne to celebrate our engagement. This place will forever be in my memories and hope to come back in the future.
