Everything was wonderful! The house was perfect for a family gathering. The house sits on a beautiful lot and a peaceful part of the lake. Everyone enjoyed the available activities - hot tub, paddle boards, kayaks and inside games. The porch was great for outside meals. We would definitely stay again!

Everything about our stay at Winny's with our family was great. Perfect location with beautiful surroundings. Easy access to all amenities. Great house, very clean and comfortable. The host is very responsive and helpful.

It was just a quick overnight stop for me, but wished I could have stayed longer! Best night's sleep I had in a long time. Peter has all of the comforts needed for a home away from home. It is eight off tbe highway, but secluded for some peace and quiet

Larry&Vera’s place is excellent. It is right next to the entrance of the state park. We was there for a fishing tournament. I stayed there a couple times and will be returning. It is always very clean. Has everything you would need .I stay in a lot of Airbnb‘s up and down the East Coast and this is one of our favorites. Plenty of room for boat and truck parking outside plug-ins for your boat,plenty of towels, washcloths, extra blankets. Trash bags, all those little things that you don’t necessarily have they have there for you . And to top it off, they leave a local bottle of wine some chocolates, fish baits, including a $30 swim bait that I seen in local bait stores at that price. And the baits to catch fish..

A small home away from home. This cottage is clean, comfortable, with perfect decorations and furniture. Comfy bed and pillows with lots of space for a cottage. Fast Wifi and 2 Roku TVs with climate control in living room and bedroom. A very responsive and helpful host is a major plus. Located in a quiet small neighborhood close to downtown Danville. We enjoyed the outdoor patio, where you can listen to the birds and the river flowing over the dam. A great place to get away to relax and unwind for a bit.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean. Katie was responsive and easy to communicate with. I’d be happy to recommend Katie’s place to friends and family.

Our family enjoyed our too short of a stay over the thanksgiving holiday! This beautiful home provided all the essentials and space we needed to have a beautiful Thanksgiving feast to enjoy with family! The 2 ovens came in handy to heat our meal. We also had a short drive to enjoy hiking at the Smith Mountain Lake State Park. Would be a beautiful place to stay and visit in the warmer months as well.

My wife and I loved our stay at Vanessa & Elton’s place! We enjoyed exploring the lake by kayak and played lots of pickleball. The amenities in the area were great and the condo had everything we needed and more! Would highly recommend a stay here!
