I had a fantastic stay at James’s apartment! The space was incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable—everything I needed to feel at home. James was also an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and went out of his way to help me track down a missing item I had ordered during my stay. His attentiveness really made a difference. I’d absolutely recommend staying here and would love to return!

Super appartement, très propre et central. Les équipements mis à disposition comme la piscine et la salle de sport sont vraiment agréables. Également, sa localisation permet d'accéder facilement à d'autres quartiers grâce à la proximité des transports en commun. Également, le parking mis à disposition était très pratique. El departamento es muy lindo y cómodo, y la vista es hermosa. Las tuberías son muy ruidosas y faltaron algunos utensilios básicos de cocina. Pero en general fue excelente la estadía! La zona es bastante ruidosa, pero los servicios son buenos en el edificio

Myself and family had an amazing stay. We felt comfortable and the hosts were amazing. Very east to get in touch with and was always there when needed. The place is stacked with everything you need and we appreciated how clean it was! Kitchen is stacked with everything you need and the views from the balcony are breathtaking. I would highly recommend booking, we know we will again.

Ryan’s place was amazing. The property was clean and secure. The location is close by restaurants and water activities. Book you wouldn’t be disappointed.

Best location in Coconut Grove, and this unit has a beautiful view. Hosts were immediately responsive to requests, and were able to accommodate another night when my travel plans changed. I’d highly recommend!

Very beautiful apartment with a great view

The place was beautiful looked even better than the photos, the bed was super comfortable, view was extremely beautiful, only problem was I wish it was more towels I asked for them but nobody ever brought them. Other than that everything was great, also be prepared to pay at least $40-50 a day for parking. Great host he was there right away to help with check in and gave us a better rate for parking which was $40 a day.

Nice unit with just enough space. nice view and amenities. Design district has,a lot to do and location makes Miami easy to navigate and get around. Well priced.

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

I booked this Airbnb for my family visiting the area from out-of-state. They loved staying here! The house was beautiful and clean. The pool was perfect for the Florida weather. The BBQ worked really well for the cook-out we had. I highly recommend Lear's house for any large groups!

If you are looking for a home away from the hustle of the beaches but close enough to drive to, this is your place. Quiet neighborhood, 20 minutes from the airport and Lauderdale by the Sea, less than an hour from Miami. The home resembles the pictures quite a bit. They have strategically utilized every piece of the outside space, and we were comfortable using most of it. The only space we couldn’t enjoy was the outside movie area—only because we couldn’t get over our fear of the lizards and iguanas that hung out in the yard. They didn’t bother us; we were just scary! They were beautiful to observe. On a scale of 10: master bedrooms 10, queen bedroom and twin bedroom 9, hall bathroom 7, kitchen and it’s amenities 9, living room 8, inside dining area 10, pool area 10, hammock/lounge chair area 9, grill 10, outside eating space 10, sauna 10, workout area 8. Add to that a super kind host. Needless to say, we will come back again!

We really enjoyed this home. Our favorite part of the stay was that the pool was always clean and beautiful. This is important to us and really made our vacation great to be able to spend so much time outside! Harry and team were very proactive & responsive. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. There is quite a bit close by. It was a longer drive to Mizner Park and Downtown Boca than what we expected but just planned accordingly. It is very close to Boca Town Center. Two pets were allowed and our pups really had a wonderful time! We would stay here again! By far the nicest pool experience we have had and one of the top hosts!

This was the perfect stay for me and my 2 dogs. We went to the park just down the road for our daily walks, and while we had rain during our stay we thoroughly enjoyed the comfort of the Airbnb. The little fenced yard is also helpful though my dogs were confused by the turf as they just aren’t used to it ! lol. Everything was well stocked in the kitchen and that helped a lot as I like to cook while I’m at an Airbnb. I appreciated the little touches like leaving a bottle of olive oil. Bed was very comfortable and so was the couch. Would 100% stay again when in the area! Hosts were responsive to all questions quickly.
