The apartment includes a big living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large private terrace overlooks the sea and the 12-meter swimming pool in the outside living and BBQ area. The apartment is available all year round. The house is located in Chrani, Messinia, in a unique location next to the sea. It is 35 km away from the city of Kalamata and 26.6 km from the airport of Kalamata. It is located in an ideal spot for excursions to Koroni, Foinikounta, Methoni, Pylos, Gialova, Voidokilia and at a distance of 30.4 km from Ancient Messini. This is a house with direct access to the sea and is ideal for families and pets.

Old stone build cottage in a plot of land full of pine trees next to the sea with direct access to a small semi private beach. Only a couple of minutes walk from the house there is the "Love Bay" one of the islands most beautiful and well organized beaches. Poros town is around 3km away(5 min by car or taxi), and within a distance of less than 800m from the house there are 4 taverns.
