House's proximity to all the famous and luxury resorts and other famous islands ( like spetses) makes your experience to Porto Heli unforgettable. Finally guests can bring their own boat as there is a private jetty very close to the villa (0,2 Km) , where they can use it for free and keep their boats safe and secure.

It is 1 km from Peroulia beach, offering easy access to the beaches. It accommodates 4 adults and 1-2 children and is located in a rural area with olive groves. It has two terraces overlooking the olive groves and the Messinian Gulf, ideal for meals or drinks in a quiet environment
