Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Peloponnese Region

This is a wonderful house with a gorgeous pool area. Ella is a fabulous host and was very helpful and attentive to everything we needed. The house is close to Stoupa with the beach and cafes. We did paddleboarding and took out a boat from Stoupa beach too. The beds in the house are so comfortable and all the bedrooms feel spacious and luxurious. It is lovely!

Beautiful scenery in a wonderful location! The hot tub was an added bonus!! Super clean. So well appointed! Comfortable bed - slept so well. Such warm, friendly and thoughtful hosts. We had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for having us. Happy and healthy 2025

We felt very comfortable: the small house was just right for us with two small children: great amenities and very chic furnishings. I already miss the view from the balcony in the morning over the olive groves down to the sea. The beach and Koroni as well as supermarket are just a stone's throw away by car. Voidkilias beach and waterfalls were worthwhile excursions. Communication always worked perfectly.

We had a wonderful stay ! Such an amazing view our every window and so peaceful!. We loved how beautiful the home was styled and had everything we needed. There were some great restaurants and beaches close by !

Walking in to Nikos place was like coming home, but in Greece. The place was so spacious, giving everyone room to chill separately or together. There were so many doors onto the balconies that it felt like we were outside at times, with light pouring in. And after a day of exploring the city or further afield in our car rental, it was so nice to come back and chill with a drink before walking to the old town to a restaurant. Nikos had everything we needed including offstreet parking. The street leading to the parking was narrow so I wouldn't recommend a large car but after the first time, it was easy. George met us at the flat and was very helpful, as was Nikos. I would come back in a shot and highly recommend this flat. It wasn't a problem for me but if you want a really quiet stay, then you might find Nikos flat a bit noisy as one of the balconies overlooked a main road. For me though, it was only the occasional loud car or music blaring, that was annoying. I slept well.

It truly was an oasis! Beautiful house and garden with a swimming pool and so many chill spots. We had an amazing time here. The view on the mountains was awesome, there were so many birds and lizards around, making it a natural cozy place. The swimming pool was not heated, but even in May it was really nice. There were some small things we missed: a cutting board, some scissors, some small pans, a chill couch outside and a firepit or fire bowl. That would have made it perfect. Just as suggestions ;) But still, 10/10 would recommend. The house is remote and therefore quiet, but you definitely need a car to get around. And we were happy with all the good locks around the house, just for safety. All in all, it was amazing and would definitely go back :)

Very spacious living spaces and outdoor areas, with beautiful views of the sea, lake and mountains! Except for the failure of the hot tub on the first night, everything was perfect! But we also understood that some things just can't be fixed within a few days. Tip for the next guests: Stay strong and don't feed the cats! There are more and more of them every day and they are becoming more and more intrusive!

Very nice villa for a large family or two families together. Minutes away from Plytra beach.

The level of attention and detail provided by the team was unparalleled. I felt as though we had a private concierge on hand for anything we needed. Stunning space, the type of home you don’t want to leave. Bravo!

An amazing castle like home over a very large olive gorge overlooking the ocean. Absolutely stunning scenery all around us. Home had all the amenities one would hope for and then some. Very large space for our family of 9. Pool and hot tub were a hit plus tons of games including foosball and ping ball. The upper deck was perfect for sunsets. And while we did not use they had this amazing wood fire BBQ and sitting area one could use. The location was great. We were basically on side of mountain in a secluded area but close enough to small villages and beaches. Lots of tavernas within 10 mins…4 tavernas within 1/4 mile (although 2 were closed due to slow season). Getting into Kalamata city center was about 25 mins and well worth it. Ann provided several suggestions on her Airbnb page. While there is taxi service i would highly recommend having your own vehicle Ann has a local host, Joanna, helping out and was super helpful and very responsive. Don’t hesitate to rent this place!

if you're looking for something that's a little outside of the big cities in Greece this is a place to check out. be careful of Google maps as some of the roads are not there that are listed in Google maps. the location in Villa are beautiful with the swimming pool in views. a nice Oasis. to make it even better we were greeted with fresh homemade Greek cookies.

The place was great very nice & clean no problem to host 8 people, the pool was great. definitely you need a car beaches are far away
