Mostly a repeat of all the other reviews. The place was fantastic: clean, comfortable, peaceful, private, and exactly what we were looking for. The water is ~15 feet from the patio wall. The concierge was very responsive We rented a car but only used it to explore the island. If you're not looking to explore the island, you don't need a car as groceries, beach bars, water rental equipment (kayaks, jet skis, paddleboats, etc...) and tons restaurants on and off the water are all within walking distance. Highly recommend taking advantage of the grocery delivery service. It was so nice walking into an already stocked condo. We had so many great experiences that its hard to pick a favorite but the Sunset Bar and Grill watching the planes land/take off was worth it - ask for Gina. When we go back we will absolutely look to stay here again. Book this place, you won't regret it.

Incredible location, clean unit and building, literally a 5min walk to mullet bay beach, 5min walk to Cupecoy beach, and two grocery stores one right next door to the building the other just a 3min walk away and two good cafes. Host was available and quick to respond to any needs, i will definitely be booking this unit again! Thank you

WeI’ve stayed in the community before, but the difference this time was that the unit was on the ground level, facing the water and the mountains. Spotless, beautifully decorated, a well-equipped kitchen. While our favorite beach nearby, Baie Rouge, wasn’t swimmable this time, we were able to swim just 50 yards away from the condo, and the waters are never disappointing, even with gusts of wind 15-20 mph. The patio is comfy, inviting, and with a bakery and a grocery store right outside, there’s hardly a need to drive elsewhere. Thank you for sharing your property! Stephanie, the concierge, was always responsive whenever we had questions.

Our stay at Tibo’s place was nothing short of sensational. The location is prime, right in the heart of Grand Case with a beautiful beach mere steps out your front door and countless bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. The location boasts a private onsite parking space which is worth its weight in gold, given that parking can be scarce in the neighborhood. The apartment was a perfect launching spot for exploring different beaches and areas of the island. We met friends in Philipsburg one evening, and even that is only a 30 minute drive. Tibo was responsive, professional, and friendly. He accommodated an early check in and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We highly recommend this spot for any and all travelers.

I had a wonderful, restful stay at The Fourteen and my host Ophelie was always available to communicate with me. On December 11th, I took a trip from Long Island, New York, to Paradise for my birthday. I had a blast !! The front desk concierge can help you find your way around, even though The Fourteen is a little far from where the partygoers stay in Maho. It's a short walk to the beach. The gym and pool were open. It's definitely a place to relax and unwind.

This spot is absolutely perfect - Coralie is an incredible host, she provided the best recommendations to make our stay convenient and enjoyable and answered any and all questions we had. The accommodation is beautiful and very comfortable, and the surrounding area felt so safe. The pools in the residence were lovely and the location was a short drive to everywhere we wanted to explore. This airbnb really made our trip to St Maarten unforgettable.

We stayed for a week in March 2025, the place was pristine and lovely. They are NOT joking when they say they are steps from the beach. We walked to and from the village via the beach daily. We also checked out the entirety (both sides) of the beach (relative to the village) and it was lovely. This house is PRIME location with AWESOME amenities. I cannot say enough great things about it. We were 6 adults and it was very comfortable and quiet throughout the house. It is definitely worth it for several couples or a family, etc. Personally, I will be looking into going again with my girlfriends for a relaxing week! I am noting this here because others did not mention it. One pool is RIGHT next to the parking for the home. It is warm and clean, and there are a few chairs there for lounging / placing belongings. The other pool is a literally the same thing but a little (and I mean a LITTLE) further away through a gate to another residence.

Kevin's condo was great met all of our needs. Was clean and comfortable. Plenty of hanger and shelf space. We were 2 couples, plenty of room for together and alone time. Two en suit bathrooms for privacy. Great views, close to pools, and a short walk to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Everyone including staff and other owners were extremely friendly and informative. Kevin was a great host. Quick to reply an answered all questions. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Great place to stay.
