Book this place!! you will not regret it. It is amazing. Clementine’s place is very well located with the pool and the sea just a few steps away from the terrace. Across the road you will find a small grocery store, pharmacy, petrol station, restaurants and bakery. We are already planning our trip back and if Black Pearl is available we will stay there without a doubt.

My friends and I had such an amazing stay here. I can’t say enough about this air bnb! Tibo and his father were extremely accommodating about arrival and check out times. The place is even more beautiful than the photos and simultaneously private and peaceful but in the middle of town. Grand Case is a really vibrant and welcoming area with a great food and dance/music culture. We hope to stay here in the future!

We loved the apartment! We ended up staying there twice, on either end of a timeshare week, and it was perfect. It's a great location and walkable to a lot of restaurants and bars and the beach! We didn't end up using any appliances but it was nicely stocked with dishes and pots if you needed them. We would definitely stay here again!

Coralie was fantastic!!! She sent us directions so detailed that she even counted the speed bumps for us! Her house was in a beautiful location and decorated so wonderfully. It was right on the water and we loved sitting on the porch watching the waves. The pictures dudnt do it justice. it was so calm and serene. Absokutely the best air bnb we have ever stayed in. She even had electric converters on the kitchen table in case we forgot ours. She thought of everything! We so enjoyed our stay here. Even met some fun neighbors to visit with. An amazing stay all around! I went in May so we were greeted with an entrance of lush trees and gorgeous flowers that led up to the front door (great for pictures). The unit looks even better in person-- extremely clean and spacious with beautiful decor. The living room couch is super comfy, my friend barely slept in her room that's how comfy it was. The view of the beach was great. Although the planes are nearby, there was no noise pollution when we were inside, which was great for peace and quiet. Sylvia was very responsive, thorough, kind and friendly. I highly recommend booking with them!

This apartment met and exceeded our short vacation needs! The space was beautiful and the balcony was a bonus. The beach is easily accessible via walking. Great Indian restaurant nearby - Ananda! Public parking was easy to find just around the block from the apartment.

The property was outstanding. It is a brilliant location, the view had me speechless. Should you decide on this property, you will not be disappointed. I plan on returning and will request it again. Tamara was such a sweet and responsive host, she made everything seamless from start to finish. The unit was even better in person: super spacious, spotless, and the view was absolutely incredible. We felt right at home with how well-stocked everything was, from toiletries to detergent to coffee. The building amenities were clean and easy to access, and we especially loved the restaurant by the pool, perfect for lazy breakfasts without leaving the property. The staff onsite were warm and welcoming, and we felt completely safe the entire time. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you for an amazing stay, Tamara!

Amazing view and perfect location for a week on the beach and within walking distance of plenty of things to do, places to eat, etc.

A very modern, beautiful, air bnb. The hosts are very responsive! I could not find the plug adapters, and she was there to help, within a couple of minutes! I asked about a float for the BEAUTIFUL pool; She brought them right over!! The views are breathtaking. It's a perfect spot, VERY reasonably priced! We had a car rental, so we visited so many different beaches, and ate at many wonderful restaurants. Our favorite being Grand Case Beach and eating breakfast AND dinner at Rainbow Cafe. Everything around the island is fairly close and convenient. If we visit St Martin again, we will definitely choose this air bnb! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at Encanto. Rakhi was a very informative and she responded quickly to any questions we had. Gordon, the property manager, gave us instructions on the unit when we arrived. Rakhi provided recommendations which were helpful. The condo was very spacious and the balcony was large with a beautiful view. Our favorite restaurant was Palapa which was within walking distance (we ate there twice). The breakfast at the Yellow Sub in Orient Beach was delicious - best croissants. Carrefour was a great place to get provisions for the week and were reasonably priced. Every place took American dollars but only a few took American Express. We highly recommend spending a day at Pinel Island - Karibuni has chairs, umbrellas and cold beer!! The UnderSXM snorkel tour was really interesting. We rented a car to explore the island and the drivers are crazy so be careful - lol.

Phil is a fantastic host who communicates proactively, ensuring you have all the information you need for a smooth and hassle-free stay. His well equipped apartment is located in Maho Beach, one of the best spots in St. Maarten. From the balcony, you can enjoy views of the sea, the pool, and the island’s famous attraction—the nearby airport—where you can watch planes land right before your eyes. We'll certainly come back!

all i can say is wow! what a great stay from helpful communication,to the location all of this was what we were looking for and we found that and more at Sylvia's wonderful place,thanks for having g us,and look forward to staying there again

The location was amazing. The accommodation had a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom... including coffee, spices, creamers, hair products and everything you would have at home. I will definitely stay here again!

Laure’s villa was a perfect place for a relaxing vacation for me and my boyfriend. The villa is very private and offers amazing views of the water. Every morning we walked to the local bakery where they offer amazing pastries and sandwiches. There is also an Italian restaurant that is in walking distance from the villa that we went to twice. I recommend renting a car and exploring the island and the different beaches. Our favorite was mullet bay! Also, we spent a day at Loterie Farm and it did not disappoint! We rented a cabana at the pool and even saw some monkeys! Finally, we rented a private boat through captain Jo and it was the highlight of our trip! We got to explore several small islands off of st Martin and learn history about the island and went to three great snorkeling spots. We will definitely be back to stay at Laure’s villa again. It was exactly how it looks in pictures and Laure was a great host. If you’re looking for a private, beautiful villa this is your spot!

Lovely accommodations. We enjoyed our stay. It felt like a high end hotel. The linens were clean and beautiful. I really like nice white sheets on the bed. The view was great and it was quiet and peaceful. The walk to the beach was easy. The kitchen was well equipped.

Nina, Kevin, and Melissa were amazing hosts. The villa became our favorite vacation spot we've ever been to. The property is amazing, they take great care of the house and pool. Any small thing you can think of, they had it already prepared. The option to order groceries and other supplies was well worth it, there's nothing better than relaxing poolside with a nice chilled champagne and taking in the sights and sounds of the ocean and the island(s) We plan on returning, and cannot wait to do so!

We had a wonderful time in St Maarten. Mark is a great host, friendly, helpful, always quick to respond. We loved the resident pets. Keeping the inside doors closed to keep the ac on was a bit awkward and took some getting used to but was ok…would have liked some ac in the bathroom. The condo is well located for both the beach and watching the planes take off. Sunsets from the Topdeck can’t be beat. If we make it back to St Maarten, we’d stay there again.

Perfect! After exploring the island, I saw that we were in the best place! In front of the best and most beautiful beach on the island! Not even a 5-minute walk on the beautiful golf course! It looks like it's in a resort! View from the apartment to the golf course and the spectacular beach! Everything is new! It's really worth it!

The place looked just the photos! It was a beautiful stay and the space looks larger in person compared to the photos. My husband and I stayed 8 days in the unit. The kitchen was packed with everything we needed, there were extra chargers and cables around the house which was helpful since we lost our charger at the airport. Beach chairs, towel, and umbrellas were all provided. A rental car place was within walking distance. They provided excellent recommendations for food and activities for places all around the island. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.
