Claudia responded very quickly to my inquiries before the reservation. The cabin is just as seen in the photos, it is well equipped with everything you need to prepare coffee, the basics for cooking and refrigerating food. The floor was clean and the bathroom had a large towel. Mrs. Irma was very kind when we arrived and told us where to buy bread for breakfast. It's 15 minutes away from Matanza Beach. The cabin is in a valley so the phone signal is not the best, but it helps you rest and disconnect.

The place is excellent! Very nice, the facilities such as the pool and jacuzzi and the house, nothing to say, everything is very comfortable and pleasant to enjoy with the whole family, from children to older adults. In our case, my mother is a wheelchair user, and the house had universal access (wheelchair ramp) and very good doors and interior spaces that do not hinder the movement of a person with a disability. In addition, the pool has small steps which allowed me to access it with my mother so that she could enjoy it and cool off. The house was very well equipped with air conditioning in the living room and dining room and had equipment for all our needs. I would go back with my family again to disconnect for a few days.

For the third consecutive year we rented this house to go with my family and we will certainly continue to do so. The house is very comfortable and very well furnished. The garden with a pool on the lakeshore is extraordinary. Amalia and Jaime's help makes the stay very pleasant. By far the best there is in Rapel.
