Bright studio in Kauriala, close to the center. Quiet house, parking space in the yard. The apartment has just been renovated. A short walk to the city center, and beautiful outdoor terrain nearby. Nice, terraced apartment with sauna in a quiet area about 5 km from the city center. There is 1 parking space in the yard and a bus stop nearby. There is a view of the city's public sandy beach from the backyard. Approximately 100 steps through the forest, 0.5 km along the road. One bicycle is available for use during the visit. I hope that guests will follow the rules of the housing association and live in my home with respect. One of the rooms in the triangle is locked and is not available to guests.

The property is in the immediate vicinity of Vanajavesi. You can walk along the popular beach route to Aulangon, Kaupunginpuisto or Häme Castle. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom has plenty of closet space.

The Birgitta trail hiking trail and the Lempäälä canoeing trail run alongside. 2 km to the cross-country ski trails. 1.2 km to the train station, from which you can go to Tampere (12 min) and Helsinki (1h20min). Ideapark shopping center 7km.

A new log cabin with a beautiful view to a lake

A new, well-equipped log cabin built 2018 with a good access to the main roads and nearby cities. The cabin is located on a hill with a great view to a big lake. The cabin is surrounded by great berry forests, hiking trails and a lake rich in fish. In the cabin you have a wood burning sauna, a fireplace, a grill shelter, a hot tub and a boat. Winter time you can do cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowboarding, ice fishing and snowshoe trekking.The nearest ski center is in Sappee (30km)

The House with a Spa

The other half of the semi-detached house, the hosts live on the other side. A couple of bedrooms, large living areas, a kitchen and a sauna section. There is also a terrace and a fenced backyard. Quiet detached house area. We are close to the lake, but there is no access to the beach. The nearest beaches are Idänpää or Matkolampi beach, both of which are about 1.5 km away. The center of Hämeenlinna is just over three kilometers away, and the nearest golf course is just over a kilometer away.

Welcome to our private cottage to enjoy your stay! Our small (37 m2) but comfortable cottage includes small kitchen with all amenities included (airfryer, no oven), big traditional finnish sauna, bathroom and tiny toilet. A/C (movable device, on request) makes your stay pleasant also in summer and the cottage is heated year around. For sleeping there is one queen bed (160 cm). Baby bed and one mattress 80x200cm available if needed. For safety reasons the hosts will warm up the sauna for you.

It is easy to get there and easy to leave, by bus, train and car. Private parking space next to the door. The apartment is on the top floor of the elevator house, on the quiet courtyard side and has a spacious balcony. In addition to Wi-Fi, there is a Chromecast and a large 4K TV. The double bed can be divided into two beds and the sofa bed is 140.
