Mark's place was lovely! I and a group of 7 adults came here for a getaway. The pellet stove was super nice and easy to use and the hot tub was just as relaxing. Overall we didn't have any issue with the hot tub only fitting 6 as usually we didn't all want to use it at once anyways. Some of us found that the beds were even more comfortable than our beds back home and the place felt well put together. Surroundings were beautiful, peaceful and private with lots of outdoor seating. We also made use of the outdoor games that were available! The kitchen had everything we needed.Mark was also a fantastic host and responded to us within 10 minutes when we had any questions. Overall would definitely return!

One of the best Airbnbs I've stayed at! The beds were super comfy, everything was spotless and well-designed, and the location was so beautiful. The kitchen was also really well stocked with dishes and cooking basics, which is rare. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

We had a wonderful weekend getaway—relaxing, peaceful, and just what we needed. The space was exactly as described, and Dean was always available and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to unwind in a calm setting!

This was our second time staying at Joseph and Eva’s beautiful property. Joseph’s outstanding hospitality and attention to detail adds a personal touch that makes us feel right at home. The gorgeous scenery, sounds of the ocean and comfortable furnishings are an added bonus. We are already planning our next visit!

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at lake house cottage. The cottage was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, and the location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host ( Benjamin) , was incredibly friendly and helpful, responding promptly to all our questions. We especially appreciated the welcome note, thoughtful touches throughout the cottage. Most of what I'm saying is echoing what other Guests have said - it's all still true for 2024: Morry is great to work with, cottage is clean and well-equipped,  the views here are wonderful, beds are comfy and the layout worked well for us with the two main floor bedrooms on opposite sides.  The kitchen is a good size and the two full bathrooms are like new. There's a great hike trailhead a stone's throw away and, if you haven't already, you will fall in love with Prospect, NS!!

Magical location perched right on the lake. Super private. Absolutely spotless. Kitchen very well stocked with all sorts of dishes, bowls, cooking utensils. Surprisingly large bathroom (and so many clean towels and face cloths) Host was super responsive. Wood stove kept the place today warm all weekend. Loved that the deck deck was entirely gated so we could let our dog out. everywhere on We plan to return!

This is literally oceanfront property- can't get any closer! With a perfect view of the sunset directly from the sliding glass door, this place provides one of most beautiful and tranquil accommodations we've ever experienced.

The cottage is a really nice little place! It is very close to the walking/biking trails in the area (Salt Marsh Trail and Atlantic View Trail). It is private, quiet, and perfect for a single or couple. Everything in the cottage is well thought out and clean. Doreen was such a good host; friendly and even went out of her way to make our stay perfect! Highly recommend staying here if you are looking to stay in the Lawrencetown area!

I had a lovely stay at David and Nancy's cottage. The cottage was roomy, spotlessly clean and fully equipped (the kitchen had a few items in it that I don't even have in my own kitchen). It was comfortable and convenient and David and Nancy were responsive, kind and generous. I would definitely stay with them again the next time I am in Hubbards. (I'd come back just for Nancy's homemade chocolate mints!)

Shobac farm is very peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful nature. Lots of great amenities as well - our son loved the indoor pool and trampoline. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Conveniently located close to many beaches and Lunenburg is only 25 min away. Would love to return again!

Everything was wonderful at this cottage and guest house that accommodates 8 people! Despite the rain on the weekend we selected, we had a beautiful family getaway. Alex and family have a beautiful spot on a quiet lake. The cottage is open and fresh! They provide a fire pit with wood, games, toys, canoes, etc. but all we really needed was the space to gather and the gorgeous lake view and access. Alex provided excellent instructions and was very friendly and accommodating. We are truly grateful to have been able to enjoy such a lovely place!

Jill was a flexible and generous host! The Airbnb is beautiful with gorgeous views and lots of space for people to stay. She had a bottle of local wine for us to try and gave us a flexible check out time. The perfect place to stay!

We stayed here over New Year’s and it was the perfect getaway. Super comfortable, cozy woodstove, and amazing views. We’d definitely return!

A truly magical place. Location is ideal to visit so many different towns, trails and excursions. However, starting the morning off on the deck watching the sunrise and then ending the day cooking on the BBQ. The house is fully equipped with every kitchen gadget needed. 3 good sized bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. There is a wonderful community feeling.

This was the ultimate peaceful and quiet area to relax and unwind. We did not spent much time there because we were attending an event in the area. However, we enjoyed the quiet peaceful evenings sitting on the screened deck. I am sure it is beautful in the summer. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great place next to the ocean. It was lovely to get up with the beautiful view. We visited the surroundings and Halifax a lot so we didn't spend much time at the accommodation, but I had chosen this place since there was a fireplace to make an outdoor fire and the proximity to the water. I would highly recommend it. Thanks Matthew!
