We had a great stay! We picked this place mostly for the 3 bedrooms (so our little kids could space out & sleep) & pool. The outdoor space was incredible - stunning pool, comfortable chairs by the pool, big outdoor table, and plenty of sun/shade. The inside was very clean. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are very small. It wasn’t a problem for us because we spent most of our time outside or traveling to beaches, but just beware if you are planning for a crib in a room. The basement room is very big, just has a pull out couch as a bed. The kitchen was small but had the basics, and no table inside. The bathrooms are tiny and water spills out of the shower some. Water pressure and hot water were great though! The location was central and easy to drive to beaches nearby (Siviri fav beach, Afytos fav village). There is a beach about 30m away, but it is rocky with no chairs. The hosts were responsive and helpful, on the property a lot. Neighbors are close but bushes create privacy. Quiet and safe area!

An amazing place, excellent facilities and amenities. Very helpful hosts offering very high standards of everything in the villa. Everyone was very impressed with our accommodation.

Highly recommend this beautiful home! Great location, walking distance to restaurants and shops, and the stunning views from the house are unbeatable. We were a family of 7 and the house was more than spacious for us. Our host (George) was great, very responsive and gave recommendations for the area. We enjoyed our stay here very much!

The house was great, with amazing views and a private pool. The bedrooms were good sizes with clean linen; bathrooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen has all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Menelaos is a super host - amazingly responsive and super helpful. Definitely going back!

The location was ideal. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the private pool. The pool area is well-maintained, with comfortable loungers. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist with any requests. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Halkidiki.

The villa was beautiful! Perfect for families or friends. Very peaceful and private, the beach was very nice and not too crowded. The host was very friendly and tried to help us with everything we needed.

Christina is a wonderful host! The villa is amazing and looks just like in the pictures but when you are there it’s just magical. The atmosphere, the trees and the villa are delightful. Christina welcomed us, gave us recommendations and brought some toys for our son. He fell in love with one of the toys and we even got to take it home as a gift! We would love to visit again!

Great apartment. Everything is as described , the kitchen is equipped with everything you need , a sufficient number of towels and pastel linen, which was changed after three days . A chic location relative to the sea ( 50 meters) , beaches, restaurants , a village center with shops . Equipped terrace with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The only minus is the water pressure and some plumbing in the bathrooms (there are three). The rest is just wonderful !

This amazing and peaceful place of rest was all we could have hoped for. Our family was beyond comfortable here. Amazing host showed us everything nearby from restaurants to beaches. The home is clean and spacious, the yard was private and well kept and the pool was a highlight. Looking forward to a return trip in the future.

The stay at the villa was very nice, the surroundings are quiet & very nice. It is not to the sea. All household appliances worked well, everything you needed was there. Unfortunately, you are no longer allowed to use the beautiful coal grill outside because there is a risk of fire. But Stelios immediately organized & built us a new electric grill the next day. The pool was clean & was unexpectedly cleaned again while we were there.

Excellent stay! I was relieved to see the place was as nice as described , if not better . The private beach and chairs were awesome. The yard was spacious and well kept. The bedrooms were well air conditioned and comfortable for our group of 6. The outdoor grill + tv area was a welcome surprise ! Thanks for having us xoxo

From the first to the last day.. everything was perfect..We had some issuses wich the landlady solved very Swift .She also helped us with some information about the beaches near and made a reservation at one of It. we hope to come back one day!!

We stayed in the beautiful villa for a week with 8 adults and 2 infants. Everything was wonderful! The house has everything we needed, you really feel that this is a real family home: toys, sharp knives and tools for backing a cake, anti mosquito equipment, tips for the best restaurants nearby. The house was cleaned once in the middle of our stay, which was very convenient. We loved the large balcony on the first floor with a great view of the ocean, the large garden and the short walk to the beach. It was just so easy and relaxing. Litsiana and Dimitris were always just a message away, for example when we were looking for a lighter to light some birthday candles. Of course they had it in the house. We will miss it! Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Stelios was a wonderful host. Property was in excellent condition. pool very clean, house very clean. Great view of the ocean from the backyard We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

Stunning villa in a great location. Close to all the best beaches in Halkidiki and close to the airport and Thessaloniki. The architecture of the villa is amazing. The house is spacious and the pool and garden is beautiful. Dimitri's parents were very welcoming when I checked in and answered all my questions and gave me really good suggestions of where to eat. My friends and I had a wonderful stay and would definitely want to visit this villa again in the future.

We had a wonderful time. It was a beautiful, peaceful and private villa. The garden was big and tidy. The sweaming pool was not crowded at all. There good restaurants and beaches in the resorts nearby but it is recommended to have a car and have the flexibility to go to other places and supermarkets.
