Thank you so much to Alex and his family for helping us have a great stay at their place. The response was very quick and they gave us all the necessary instructions to arrive and coordinate the delivery of the house. The house has very nice finishes, the rooms are very comfortable and with impeccable sheets and pillows, fans in all rooms and environments, ping pong room on the second floor, wifi, grill, jacuzzi, 2 and a half bathrooms inside the house and a full bathroom outside. The bathrooms inside the house have high quality towels and are equipped with an electric shower that works very well. The house is almost new so everything works perfectly. It has a small soccer court with well-kept lawn. It is inside a gated development where you can access the blue waterfall, which is very nice. In the development there is a communal area with pools and slide, everything is well maintained and with an administrator who takes care that everything is well used. I highly recommend this stay as it has everything you need. We really enjoyed 4 couples with our toddlers. I hope to spend a great time there again in the future. Diego Pozo

Beautiful house with all amenities, the jacuzzi has tempered water. Excellent grill for barbecues, several places to share, the waterfall and rivers are just minutes away. The wifi signal is very good.

The place is wonderful! The waterfall is closer to the cabin than the pools and all these places are reached by vehicle because it is too far to walk. Regarding the house, it is quite spacious and has all the services. Just to clarify, it does not have 6 beds, only 5, and the wifi password is different from the one in the instructions. Otherwise, the complex is private and safe, in the kitchen there are all the necessary utensils for use. We really loved it, so we will be back!!

Magic place, definitely to get away once a month and enjoy the beautiful nature we have. The house is located inside the aforementioned urbanization, but you must find the garage and then ask for instructions to get to the point. It's not difficult, although I recommend reviewing this in advance. Otherwise 100% recommended!

Definitely an exceptional place to disconnect from the city and enjoy the charm of nature, very close to Quito. The pool gives added value to the site, everything was clean and tidy. The environment is magical, ideal for breathing pure air and relaxing listening to birdsong. Pedro was very friendly and always attentive to help us when we need her. I recommend bringing everything you need to feed from the start, Pedro provided contacts to bring us food, but it was not possible because the weather conditions prevented the traffic of motorcycles. It is preferable to access the spot in a high vehicle. We went in a Kia Seltos 1.6 and when we left we had difficulties, as the road has a base of natural granular material with some steep slopes. Despite everything, it was completely worth it, we left delighted with this wonderful place. Thank you!

It is a place surrounded by nature, you can enjoy the vegetation of the Andean Chocó, the singing and company of birds typical of the sector and you can easily access the river water. Easy access by family vehicle.

We had a nice vacation at Ferdinand's house, the property is very nice, cozy, close to the village, the pools of the complex are very clean. Ferdinand is always attentive and friendly.

The stay is nice and has very good facilities to enjoy with family and friends. The place is clean and everything is very organized. However, it should be noted that it has 3 bedrooms and there is an open room with beds, because that detail reduces privacy for those who sleep in that space. Otherwise, the facilities are very nice.

It is a beautiful house surrounded by nature, suitable for family enjoyment, just 5 minutes from a beautiful waterfall where you can swim. I would definitely return to this accommodation to reconnect with nature 😸
