The apartment is impeccable ,, surprising, spacious and well-appointed rooms bringing incredible comfort, complete kitchen with all the necessary utensils available , a full and clean leisure area, outside the highly attentive and understanding hosts with a lot of flexibility in the negotiation! Clear and objective rules! Careful and helpful caretaker I will definitely be back as soon as possible!! I recommend it to everyone looking for a familiar , comfortable and pleasurable environment!!

My friends and I had an amazing on-site experience! Afonso is extremely helpful, generous, attentive and always attentive to every detail to ensure a perfect stay. The place is impeccably well taken care of, very quiet and equipped with everything and way beyond what we need. The place is spotless! Very well cared for, clean and organized, providing an extremely pleasant environment. The structure is complete, with all the equipment needed for a comfortable stay, whether for cooking, resting or having fun. What surprised us the most was the space! The pictures are not just the size and beauty of the place. Everything is even wider, handsome and cozy in person. The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, with lots of green, silence and privacy. Ideal for those looking for tranquility and special moments with friends and family. It was a wonderful experience and undoubtedly we want to go back! We recommend with your eyes closed.

Welcoming Sitio, very quiet. Each principal has only 4 bedrooms. It comfortably accommodates 11 guests in beds. As two friends could not go and we were in 10 we had no problems. But over 11 guests is required to sleep on mattresses on the floor. The other two bedrooms are in another house about 50m from the main house. We didn't use this house. The housekeeper, José Carlos, is super considerate and helpful. The gang really liked the attention he spoke for him. Patrícia e Ronan do not know personally but were attentive in the messaging conversations. We intend to go back!

Located in the best region of Belo Horizonte, Savassi neighborhood, it has complete infrastructure, with good restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping malls and security. Bernardo always responded quickly, such as when making reservations for the heated pool + sauna, located on the rooftop (23rd floor) of the building. Cleaning, high-quality bed/bath/kitchen sets, providing good items for 2 people, if they turn out well. The listing accurately describes the reality of the space.

Camila and her husband were very kind and helpful. They did everything possible to meet our needs and they did. The apartment is simple, but it was very clean and has a great location for those who need to sleep near the airport when traveling. Super indico and I would definitely stay there again🥰 Thank you 🙏
