Modern 3B3B Luxury Apt in The Heart of Las Condes

There not really anything negative that I can say about Carlas rental. The location itself with perfect for our family of 4 but could have easily accommodated another person or 2. The place had a full functional kitchen with everything you could need to cook your own meals. The balcony and all the windows made it very easy to keep a nice breeze blowing thru the unit and although the unit itself does not have AC, each room does have a fan and even with the daytime temps reaching well over 30 degrees during the day, it never got anywhere near that hot inside the unit itself. The host was always quick to respond to any questions and the digital keypad entry made it easy for everyone to do their own thing without having to worry about rushing back to the unit to unlock the door!

We had a great stay at Roberto’s place in Lastarria! The location was perfect—right in the heart of Santiago and within walking distance to restaurants, bars, museums, coffee shops, the metro, and all the main tourist spots. We loved exploring the area on foot, and despite being so central, the apartment was quiet and peaceful. The space itself was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. We felt right at home and especially appreciated the 24/7 front desk security—it felt very safe. Roberto was friendly, communicative, and easy to work with. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Santiago!

Nossa estada foi maravilhosa. Recebemos muita atenção de nossos anfitriões, Alexis e Suli. Casa Marcoleta é muito próxima à inúmeras atrações na região central, todas podendo ser visitadas somente caminhando até o local. O acesso ao metrô (linha vermelha/ Santa Lúcia) também fica a poucos metros da Casa Marcoleta. Nosso apartamento tinha tudo que precisávamos para nossa estadia de 7 noites, camas confortáveis, além de ser super limpo e organizado. Definitivamente um local para retornar caso estejamos em Santiago do Chile!

El departamento cumple con todas las descripciones señaladas por la anfitriona. Es un lugar muy tranquilo, ya sea dentro del edificio o en el sector (no pasan buses y eso se agradece para poder descansar). El sector tiene lugares muy cercanos para poder comer algo rico y a un excelente precio. Valentina es muy cordial y estuvo muy pendiente de entregar toda la información solicitada. El departamento es muy cómodo y está muy bien mantenido, además cuenta con un balcón donde se puede observar de noche en un ambiente muy tranquilo. Fue una estadía muy agradable, que obviamente repetiríamos en el mismo lugar. Se nota que hay preocupación por entregar un buen servicio y eso se agradece.

Es el departamento mas acogedor en el cual nos hemos alojado. Fuimos con nuestros 2 hijos. El edificio es tranquilo, conserjes muy amables, buen sector.

Todo fue como lo esperado y publicado en el anuncio. Las personas de la recepción del alojamiento fueron muy atentas y amables siempre dispuestas a ayudar . Excelentes personas, fueron las que nos dieron las llaves del apto. Llegas al alojamiento facilmente, el bus del aeropuerto de deja a unas 5 cuadras , luego que aprendes a usar el bus y el metro se te hace facil llegar a los puntos turisticos de Santiago.
