Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Pedregal

The views from this home are absolutely breath taking! The neighborhood is gated & very quiet and having access to a private beach was a huge bonus! You are not within walking distance to bars & restaurants; however, a quick hop in the car and you are few minutes from a large grocery store & only a 10-15 minutes from several nice resorts, downtown San Jose Cabo and the boat marina. Kailey did an excellent job communicating the specifics about the property & suggestions for food & entertainment. If you like a more private setting with your family and friends, I highly suggest this property. We will certainly be booking again.

We had a wonderful stay at Marks place! David was a wonderful local host and this Airbnb really made our vacation. We used their recommended transportation to and from the airport which was incredibly easy- David helped to set that up. The house is even better than the pictures, spacious, comfortable, has everything you need, and an awesome pool. The location was very convenient- we rented the golf cart to travel around the community was our kids loved. You have access to pools, restaurants and more. We loved the dining area “The Market” because it had several food vendors and a bar so everyone in the family could have what they wanted. We took a provided shuttle into downtown Cabo a few times as well and ubered home. David gave great recommendations based on what we were looking for and always responded promptly. We hope to come back!

We had a variety of friends stay for 4 days for my 40th birthday. With a lot to do in Cabo we found ourselves always wanting to go back to the house to hang out. The architecture and landscaping is really impressive, you can tell Brad put a lot of thought into setting the vibe for the place. Perfect to enjoy a relaxing vacation. It’s conveniently located to the airport, downtown SJD, and several beaches for surf and swimming which can be hard to find in Cabo. AC worked great and the property manager was always responsive. Truly made for lifetime memories with good friends that I will never forget. Airbnb’s are not usually a place I look to return visit when going somewhere I’ve been before, but this place we fully intend on coming back. Thank you Brad!

I’ve been contemplating for days about what to say to succinctly describe how much I genuinely enjoyed my time at Casa Candelaria. From the initial photos, to the host’s communication, to the warm welcome we received, my anticipation was building and my expectations were high. Well, there are not enough ways for me to explain how much literally everything was exceeded exponentially. This was one of the best weeks of my entire life! Surrounded by palatial properties all throughout the subdivision, this cozy palapa is a refreshing gem of epic proportions. Luxurious finishes, well-appointed, thoughtful touches, and just a 3 minute walk to the beach, I felt more at home here than my own home (which I happen to love very much!). Thank you ladies for creating the most magical experience in a gorgeous location. I genuinely cannot wait to come back!

We loved our stay in the Cabo Bello neighbourhood!! Casa Coral was a beautiful place to kick up our feet and relax!

Really enjoyed our stay here! The view is gorgeous and even better than pictures! The Property Manager was prompt to respond, and helpful! The roof top pool was perfect for our crew!

A house that really conveys peace, perfect for the whole family, the beds are really comfortable! I always look for that kind of plus and I was delighted! Highly recommended! Oh my goodness, we loved our stay!! The view was completely unbeatable and the pool overlooking downtown Cabo was perfection. Highly recommend!!

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING! From the moment I booked someone reached out and welcomed me with the services they offer. The services were a little expensive so booked ourselves. The pictures really don’t do this place any justice, it’s absolutely beautiful and spacious. I booked for my sister’s bachelorette stay and it was just enough room for the 4 of us everyone had their own bed and bathroom! Mirrors everywhere! There were condiments in the fridge and seasonings so you’re not scrambling at the store. Chips and salsa, guacamole, coronas, and a few waters when we arrive which was sooooo nice and super good! The VIEWS from the wrap around balcony to the views from the rooftop *chef’s kiss*. 15 minutes downtown/ beach/ marina. It was out of the way and chill I would definitely stay here again! I also felt super safe it’s a gated community, I even felt safe when I went on my am run out of the complex. Hiking trail nearby! Only thing was the room I stayed in was hot I think because of the sun.

The apartment was exactly as the photos showed which was great. Also a plus was that it has a very well stocked kitchen. We didn’t have to scramble to buy things like wine glasses or a corkscrew. We used the BBQ on the deck for red snapper one night which was a bonus. La Comer supermarket is a 3 mins drive away and you can get everything you need there. We took a lot of Ubers in the evening to go to the old town and it was never more than $5-6. Great surf spots very close…. Zippers, the rock and old man’s. While I remember, Ben was a great communicator and was incredibly flexible with both check in and check out. One of our best Airbnb stays!!

Location, location, location! We loved our stay in Cabo. Just a short walk to Medano Beach and close to everything. The place was clean and comfortable, and the host was super responsive. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back again!

This rental has a front desk check-in with security 24/7 making it feel very safe. The grounds are maintained & very clean. Pretty quiet. Didn’t even realize we had neighbors until we checked out. The place is clean & just as pictured. Appreciated the extra toiletries provided that one may forget (qtips, hair caps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc). Restaurants, Oxxo, beach all walking distance. We did get Uber a couple of times and didn’t wait more than 2 minutes. Very safe neighborhood with the fire station about 1/2 a block. Only downfall was the rooftop jacuzzi was a flop. You fill it yourself & run out of “warm” water about a 1/4 of the way. That’s more of a building issue. Jinelly made sure to reach out to us throughout our stay to make sure everything met our needs. Gave us suggestions & even offered to help book transportation & excursions for us. Will definitely recommend this place to others.

This place is even prettier in person than in the pictures! The way the space was decorated made it seem so spacious. The linen and furniture were so clean and comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The water in the fridge was a nice touch. The pool was super clean and perfect for kids and adults alike. Overall this place was perfect for our family of 6! Will definetly be back!

Alvaro’s home was absolutely amazing—we loved every minute of our stay. He was incredibly helpful, pointing us to the best local spots and sending great recommendations. The jacuzzi and pool were highlights, and the peaceful, beautiful setting made it all even better. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

One of the best places I ever stayed, the view is breathtaking and everything was perfect. Great communication with the host too.

super comfortable house with all the amenities a place to rest and spend a nice vacation

Picturesque cottage with good representational photos, except I could not tell from photo that kitchen is outside on covered porch, along with a nice table and chairs. Clean and comfortable (soft beds). Loved that we could park in driveway. About 10 min walk to central plaza. Easy short walk to nearby cafes. We asked about whether there was bottled drinking water and did not receive a reply. (Be sure to bring some.) A bedside table would be a nice addition. I would stay here again—now that I know where it is! The person providing info thru the app needs to text the “location special circumstances” to the guests before check-in time, because it was too hard to figure it out. Street is one-way, so we had to go around several blocks again. When we visited, there was a tiny palapa by the sidewalk—a useful landmark.

Lovely bungalows, was so peaceful and beautifully designed! Lovely farm and restaurant and close to floras, acre and downtown. Will be coming back for sure!

If you are looking for a quiet place away from the bustle of Cabo than this is it! Only about 20 minutes away. I really enjoyed my stay here. It was close to the beach with beautiful views. The whole property is actually quite amazing. There are atv rentals and horseback beach tours nearby. There are a couple of restaurants and mini supermarkets close by as well. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was hot. The kitchen had everything I needed. And Rogelio was awesome, he went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Really great experience. I can’t wait to go back!

Really wonderful place, the drive and seclusion was perfect. The stars are magnificent every night. Wasn’t sure we could close the teepee windows until our checkout so it was very cold. However, you can. Make sure to ask any questions you have, they are very responsive and helpful.
