“Ymos” Symi Village Residences

Ymos is a traditional house built in the 18th century and located in the heart of Sými island in "chorio". It offers an authentic accommodation environment to all of our guests who wish to experience the local lifestyle and way of living. The house is made of stone and has been carefully restored to preserve its original charm. The house also features a beautiful courtyard where guests can relax and enjoy themselves. We aim to provide a memorable stay for all of our guests and a warm welcome.

Little Blue in Chorio, Symi

This unique place has a style all its own. Lovely one bedroom house in the windmill district of Chorio not far from both Pedi bay and the harbor with easy access to the village. Peaceful open views of Pedi valley and the mountains. The location is easily accessed by bus and taxi. Little Blue as the house is known, has a living/dining area and kitchen upstairs and a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom downstairs. There are two daybeds in the living room for additional sleeping areas.

Amazing views

Spacious apartment With a sea view that will fill your eyes with infinite blue, located in the Pitini area, the apartment is less than 500 meters from the port. It is equipped with all comforts, great for both a family and a group of friends. With five beds, it consists of: a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, two bedrooms, two large terraces, one overlooking the sea. The host is part of a family of traditional sailors whose watchword is “hospitality.”

Toula's apartment anoi

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There are 2 double beds, a living room, a fully- equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The two single beds are in the living room area and the double bed is located on a higher level accessible by a few stairs. The apartment is very comfortable for families, friends or couples. It overlooks the entire island and it is 10 minutes on foot away from the city centre (shops and restaurants) and the harbour.

We restored this old dwelling with great care and respect aiming not to "betray" its history and charm. The upper floor has been reformed to a functional 63 m2 apartment with a private entrance. Simple but elegant, it can accommodate visitors with interest in the culture of a place as expressed through the local craftsmanship; and it will be a great pleasure for us to help them discover Symi in the best way.

SeaMe II

SeaMe House, one of the most photographed houses in Symi, is located right on the waterside of “Gialos” in Kato Harani Area. Arriving at the harbor which is surrounded by beautiful hills you may see the house laying in front of you amongst magical layers of background colors and contrasts. Small fishing boats tied on the stone paved deck right in front of it, finish up this spectacular “painting” picture.

Villa Hopper. Authentic village house.

Relax in this unique and tranquil space. The house includes a living room and a kitchen overlooking the courtyard. You will have a bedroom with a double bed on the mezzanine. Meals can be enjoyed on the patio in the shade of a bougainvillea. Upstairs you have a terrace overlooking the port of Yalos and Pedi. The house is a two minute walk to the village square, shops and restaurants.

Milias House Right in the sea (upper floor)

Milias House is located in the seaside village of Pedi in the homonymous bay, 3,5 km from Yalos, Symi's harbor. The renovation has finished so today Milias House can accomodate 8 people in both floors, or 4 in each floor separetely. The upper floor, which is accessed by a 20-foot stone staircase, sleeps -maximum- up to 4 people (one bathroom).

A fresh renovation took place in 2022. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. The gem of the house is the balcony with an amazing view.
