Terri's place is fresh and clean. It appears to be recently renovated, with gorgeous interior design, an open kitchen, and lovely landscaping. This was definitely one of the cleanest Air BnB's we have stayed in. Pristine inside and out. The kitchen is well appointed and had all of the appliances/cooking utensils we needed. The garden is gorgeous (there's that word again) and gets a lot of comments from people walking the river. A beautiful stroll along the river path gets you to the shops and restaurants at the esplanade. We cannot wait to return! Something not in Terri's control (obviously) is the traffic. Bring your patience every time you leave the location in your vehicle. Capitola and the surrounding towns were not designed for the sheer amount of people who come visit, so every outing in a car is slow going. Just enjoy the view and plan ahead.

We loved the space! Enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, and enclosed backyard (perfect for kids!). The surf boards and bikes were awesome to have as we enjoyed bike rides along the coast and my husband enjoyed riding a long board as we only travel with a short board. They even had a tool kit to adjust the seat heights on the bike, thanks! The outdoor shower was great as it also had hot water! Walking distance to a beach and cat and cloud (a great coffee spot). The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Thanks for a great stay!

6 of us stayed here for our Santa Cruz elopement and this was the most perfect AirBnB I've ever stayed at. Everything is very clean and beautifully renovated. Beautiful decorations, furniture and serene views from all of the windows. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and necessities, all the bedrooms were comfy and bathrooms clean and elegant. It was cold and rainy so we didn't get to enjoy the terraces but loved watching the downpour from the living room couch.

We took my in-laws who are visiting us in the Bay Area to meet our new baby… I was worried the baby crying might keep them up at night, but the master bedroom stayed nice and quiet! Comfortable beds, clean and modern house, and extra bonus was the garage is quite tall and fit our tall SUV with a roof rack on. Victor was very communicative! Would def

George's place was perfect for my family's getaway weekend in the Monterey area. It is located in a quiet neighborhood that is very close to many great restaurants and nearby attractions (e.g. monterey, moss landing, carmel, point lobos). The house was VERY spacious, stocked with everything we needed (and more), and in pristine condition. The kitchen appliances are top notch, the whole house looked like it's been professionally cleaned, and the beds were very comfortable. George was very responsive and kind and was a wonderful, gracious host for us. 5 stars and would highly recommend!!!
