Andrea and his team (Mariela and Gabriela), were permanently attentive before, during and after our stay. Immediate communication, in our case a power outage issue in the area due to a storm strong, and immediately put themselves in the aftermath of a problem that was not their own. Faced with an accidental break, they understood the situation and without any feedback they left us to care about the matter. It's a good idea to host.

The stay was really a 10. Flavio welcomed us on time, with everything ready. The house is much better than what you can see in the photos. They are large spaces, all very clean and with a fan. The bed is super comfortable and the master bedroom has air conditioning and a fan. The bathroom is very comfortable and works very well, as does the kitchen. We had everything we needed! Even a little patio to hang clothes, etc. Flavio was in contact with us both before and after our stay, always available for anything and with a very good vibe. We'll be back for sure! I recommend it to everyone.

The house is beautiful, everything is just like the photos... very well equipped (the only thing missing was a medium-sized pot) everything is very clean... I didn't bring towels and I resolved it at the time... the house faces the river at the back... Really beautiful... everything is very comfortable... highly recommended... very quiet private neighborhood...

The home is a loft for two people equipped with everything you need to stay and cook. Clean and fit for guests. It has a small patio with a grill and a jacuzzi. It is far from the city and a few blocks from the river and close to the thermal baths of San Jose. Being with your own vehicle, there is no problem to move around. Communication with Carlos was excellent, and he was always willing to find any need

Excellent stay. Cristian and family are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is better than the photos show, impeccable in terms of cleanliness and very spacious, very comfortable. Luciana and Teresita are lovely people and super attentive. We will definitely be back!

Nora is a great host. The place is better than the photos and the price is more than affordable. It has everything a house needs to function. Electric blanket, microwave, super light gas water heater, good refrigerator, patio with grill. Comfortable beds and close to downtown. More than satisfied with the place.

The house is spotless, as shown in the pictures. We highlight the mattresses that were very comfortable and the water pressure of the shower that was spectacular. It is well located, close to public transport and is a quiet area, ideal for resting. Antonella is super attentive and friendly, responds quickly and is very warm. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to Paysandu and I highly recommend this place!
