Apartment is immaculate with everything you would need. I have found with other Airbnbs the kitchen ware is a little sparse but there was plenty of utensils etc so I was able to cook properly. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and there are two small markets next door for small essentials. From the balcony you can just about see the sea which was nice. The building was very quiet when I visited. Host was always responsive to messages and polite. I would definitely stay again 🙂

The place was great and the value for money is great! Unfortunately, loud music could often be heard from the hotel down on the beach in the evening, but we quickly got used to it. All in all, a great experience 🤗

Yaman came into contact with us, was helpful and available. He lives with his family on the ground floor, who welcomed us hospitably. The dog and the three cats of the house are sweet and confiding. The place is quiet, the beach is about 10 minutes, supermarkets are right around the corner. From the spacious loggia of the attic apartment you can look all the way to the beach. If I were to go to Avsallar again, I would book with Yaman again

A private villa with a pool, located 1.2 km from the sea. The kitchen is well-equipped with more than enough utensils, and the interior decoration is both tasteful and functional. Every room has air conditioning. With just a bit of landscaping, a full-size refrigerator, and even a small oven, it would be absolutely perfect. Thank you! We stayed for 5 nights with my wife and daughter from August 26 to 31. It was a great experience for us. We didn't encounter anything negative in the meantime. It's in a good location. Sea view. Great location to watch the sunset. There's almost everything a home should have. You feel at home. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils in the kitchen section that will allow you to have breakfast and dinner. The pool is large enough and spotlessly clean. Definitely at home. Mr. Taner and his wife are very caring and friendly people. With the wireless projection device provided by Mr. Taner, he was also enjoyable to watch movies and series in the garden. Hope to be back...

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location was incredibly peaceful and beautiful, with everything you could need just a short walk away. The host was exceptionally responsive, friendly, and respectful, making the experience even better. From the moment I arrived, this place felt like home. The walk to the sea took just 5-7 minutes, and there are great restaurants and supermarkets nearby. If I have the chance, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

It was an extremely attentive and clean apartment, I had no problems with check-in, it was a very calm and elite neighborhood, everything we were looking for in the apartment was available, I highly recommend it, it was great

Great location. A101 and taxi station are just next to the building. Many good restaurants like Pinot wine & dine are really close. 10 minutes to the beach. Internet was a bit slow - do not expect to watch movies or any other activities that require a high speed connection. Please notice the electricity/water payments, and deposit are not included in the apartment payment. Everything I needed was in a walking distance. I really liked the place and surrounding area. Highly recommended

I would like to thank Mr. Türker for allowing flexible check-in and check-out. We met Mr. Türker's assistant, Mr. Ömer, and he helped us very quickly and sincerely in everything, and our holiday for 5 people was incredibly beautiful, we felt at home and never wanted to leave this place. The cleanliness of the house was very nice, everything was sparkling. If we come again, we will definitely choose this house.
