Welcome to Alanya. This apartment is furnished and consists of a lounge with American kitchen and 2 separate rooms. Our cosy-minimalist apartment is approximately 70 m2 in size. The majority of the apartment is designed with IKEA products. There are 2 air conditioners. 5 adults can comfortably accommodate. Our guests will have the privilege of free coffee, tea and water upon arrival. There are free towels and beach towels. High-speed (50Mbps) wireless internet is available in the apartment.

Квартира 1+1 гостиная и спальня, есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Горячая вода, кондиционеры в каждой комнате, полотенца, постельное белье,тапочки, мыло, моющее средство. Телевизор с более 500 каналами, двухкамерный холодильник, высокоскоростной безлимит. интернет, фен, утюг. На балконе мебель для уютных посиделок. Магазин прям у дома, море 7 минут пешком, до центра 3 км, рядом магазин Метро и торговый центр. Дополнительно оплачивается только электричество по счетчику.

Ece was a very helpful host, very prompt in their response and clear. The apartment had a lovely view with big sliding doors to go into the balcony in the living room and the main bedroom upstairs. The main balcony had electric sliding windows and rooftop to allow air in or reduce direct sunlight. The air conditioning worked perfect and was in every room. Pots, pans and cutlery were there, fridge was very spacious, the apartment itself was very clean and presentable. There was a sauna and jacuzzi within the apartment which was very convenient and the place appeared very nice and modern. The swimming pool was open from 8am to 8pm, there are local shops about 10-minute walk away as well as a butchers. The beach in front of the apartment is pebbly and a bit rocky but you can take a taxi to Kleopatra beach which will be about 20 mins and the tourist area of Alanya is also around 15 mins. There are also some restaurants and shops if you head towards mahmutlar.

This is the most beautiful apartment I’ve ever had the chance to stay in. It looks exactly like the photos. The location is excellent—right in the city center. It’s quiet at night, and the windows offer a stunning view of the mountains. The apartment is very spacious! And once again, it’s absolutely beautiful. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Alara is a very kind and responsive host. We would love to come back here again! ❤️

This place was wonderful in every aspect. The unit was super clean, cozy, and everything was shining. It had everything that we needed. The location is also great, and is near to a lot of local stores, as well as the beach. Mr. Ismet is also very helpful and fast in his responses. We enjoyed our stay very much, and we made a memorable trip in Alanya. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful apartment in a new building. Exactly like the photos. Apartment has what you need to prepare meals etc. Comfortable bed. Nice balconny to sit and watch the sea. 2 minutes walk to the boardwalk and Cleopatra beach. Great walking area. Restaurants & nearby. AliRiza is a good host. Responds quickly to messages and checked in on us during our stay. We originally booked for 3 weeks and ended up adding an extra week.

Квартира красивая и просторная. На кухне есть все необходимое и даже больше. Шкафы только в двух спальнях. Мы были втроем. Это неудобно. Вид из балкона шикарный. Только ради него уже стоит ехать😁 Снизу находится бар с живой музыкой (работает до 03:00 ежедневно). Уснуть раньше этого времени трудно, но с берушами возможно. В первую ночь мы были в шоке, потом привыкли. Даже иногда заходили туда, там все приветливые и адекватные. Если нужна светлая комната, выбирайте первую. Там 2 окна, но больше всего слышна музыка. В третей комнате нет шкафа. Есть балкон, но жалюзи закрыты. Эта комната самая темная, но и самая тихая. Bim и Migros в 5 минутах от дома. Парковки для машины под домом по факту нет. До Клеопатры 12-15 минут. Удобно ходить на пробежку по набережной. Хозяин отзывчивый. Привез нам дополнительный стол. Помог заказать воду. Отвез с вещами к нашим знакомым после выселения. Из пожеланий - новое постельное белье. Если снова будем ехать втроем, то однозначно сюда:)

Luxury Apartment Close to the Sea and the Center

Жили 2 месяца сент и окт. отличное расположение рядом с пляжем. В квартире есть все необходимое. Квартира большая и просторная. С улицы достаточно тихо хоть и на дорогу выходит кухня и зал. Посуды огромное количество!Единственное балкон низковат и к этому надо привыкнуть (с маленькими детьми с осторожностью). Соседи бывают шумноваты. Свет от кондиционеров не выключается поэтому приходилось заклеивать черной лентой, хоть шторы и были Блэк аут,но они были не до Пола поэтому свет все равно рано пробивался в комнату. В зале не хватает света( нужна люстра побольше), тускловато вечером. Хозяйка очень коммуникабельная и приятная. Заселение через кодовый замок - быстро и классно!

We’ve stayed in this flat for two winter months and absolutely loved the experience! It’s very spacious, equipped with everything you might need during the stay. Very stable internet connection - more than enough for video calls. It’s the only flat on the floor, so it feels really private and quiet, too. Very nice location as well - 5 minutes to the sea, around 15 minutes to the port and 30 minutes to Kleopatra beach, all easily reachable on foot. There are two big supermarkets nearby, as well as several excellent coffee spots.
