Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Paxi

We had a really wonderful time at the windmill - there was thunder and lightening, but it didn't spoil it! It's a beautiful, romantic hideaway with everything you could need in a tiny space, with an easy (steep but short) walk to the beach and the town. And they looked after us so well with recommendations, bike hire and emergency rations in the storm - thank you!

As it was early April, we were the only tourists in town and that suited us well. The village was just as we imagined and the apartment was in a perfect location. Tereza was extremely kind and helpful, picking us up from the ferry in the car we rented from her and meeting us there again at the end of our trip. Thanks Tereza. We will treasure the memories of Loggos forever.

We feel so privileged to have stayed at the wonderful Azalea House. This beautiful house is nestled in bucolic hills of Paxos with sublime views over the Ionian sea to the Greek mainland. The villa has everything you need, but it is the gardens, outdoor spaces and rural tranquility that set this place apart, simply stunning! We loved the sunrises hailed by the cockerels, cooking with produce straight from the garden and star gazing at night. Amazingly Leo built the house and gardens all by himself! Thank you Leo, Olga and Mario for sharing your calm and restful oasis with us. We will always remember your smiles and hope to return again

We had the most amazing stay at Sarah and George’s villa. The place and pool were fantastic. George came to pick us up from the ferry port when we arrived to show us how to get to the villa and was on hand whenever we needed. We also had a great boat trip out with George who told us lots about the history and places of interest. The villa is brilliantly located just 3 min drive (10 min walk downhill) to Gaios. Would definitely love to return. Paxos is a beautiful, quiet island!

We had a great time staying at Donatella's place - Donatella was a great host, sharing advice on ferry connections from Corfu and collecting us from the port in Gaios. The house is in a peaceful, secluded location among the olive groves - we spent most of our time sitting outdoors in the shaded garden. There are several beaches within walking distance - Mamari was our favourite for swimming and snorkeling and we often had it to ourselves! We also did lots of walking and enjoyed spotting local wildlife, including lizards, snakes, dolphins and fireflies. Many restaurants were shut in early May, but there were still a few options locally in Loggos and Fontana which served local seafood and reasonably priced wine.

The place is lovely, super quiet and a massive garden to relax in. It's very pretty. The stay was very very nice and we'd head back in a heartbeat. Some things to be aware of just in advance which will make your stay the best it can be: the location on the map is slightly different to where it actually is. Not too far out but enough so it is tricky to walk. Secondly, unless you plan to just visit the town and one of the small beaches, then you 100% need a car. It is actually a little waste not to rent a car as the beaches on Paxos are unreal! But do add this into your planning. Rania was very sweet and she'd also stocked the place nicely upon arrival which was a nice touch. Whether you are a two or a four, you'll have plenty of space. It really is a beautiful place.

The accommodation is a 2-minute walk from the port where restaurants, bars, shops and boats to visit are located. There are beaches within a 10-minute walk. From the ferry port, you can walk to the accommodation in 20 minutes along the port. It's very cute and clean. The owners gave us all the instructions to get there easily. We would recommend this listing on Paxos without hesitation.

Lovely small and clean apartment with everything you need. Friendly host who removed rubbish and fresh towels every 2nd day. Can’t recommend it highly enough. Very close to port area which is filled with cafes and restaurants. The staff at Paxos Retreats were friendly and replied quickly to questions.

It was a completely successful stay with Elisabetta. She gave us many tips regarding Excursions and beaches that all! have exactly met our taste. Elisabetta is really so insanely attentive and always available as you can read in all reviews. Her husband picked us up from the harbor and brought us to the accommodation after a small round trip through the village. The place had everything you could need: a nice bathroom, a big comfortable bed, fridge etc. But what you have to be aware of is that the accommodation is located on a (albeit side street). The car traffic passes directly by the terrace. But there is hardly any car/motorcycle traffic at night and in the morning until about 9:30 am. If we had breakfast on the terrace later, it was already noisy. But that's complaining at high standard. We will definitely come back.

Really great location if you’re wanting to stay in Gaios. Easy walk to everything but out of the centre a bit so it is very peaceful. Great view and balcony. The bed was a bit uncomfy and the stairs (steep and sharp) were a bit tough even for me in my 20s!

Excellent stay in Paxos. The host was very responsive and, even though not physically present, assisted in everything we needed and provided us with what was asked. Messages always clear and replies always within minutes. Fantastic.

Perfect place for 2 in the centre of Loggos! Lots of restaurants and cafes. A 5 min walk from the beach as well

We loved this place! Yves and Martine are the best hosts, welcoming, informative but enduring guests privacy. They even lent us raincoats and umbrellas! Breakfast was huge, beautifully presented and delivered to our terrace daily. There is a kettle, nespresso machine with tea and coffee provided, On rainy days we were welcomed into Yves and Martines home. The room was immaculate, spacious and beds comfortable. The bathroom is large with a great rainfall shower and plenty of hot water. The aircon and ceiling fan work well. The house is surrounded by lovely gardens and there is a sea view! It’s an easy downhill walk to the village with a number of good tavernas and at least 4 lovely beaches, the walk back is easy on the road but a breathtaking challenge if you go through the village. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Thalassa Garden is a very wonderful small and very private apartment complex right on the sea! Each of the four residential units has a very nice private garden with direct access to the sea (bathing shoes are recommended). The sea is crystal clear and invites you to swim. Another highlight is Maria! She's just adorable and super helpful! I have never experienced such hospitality! Sotirios was also easily accessible and gave us great vacation tips. The rooms are very clean, friendly and bright. We thank Maria and Sotirios warmly for this great vacation week and will definitely come back! Kind regards from Martina, Petra and Gaby

We had a very nice stay at the Yellow House. The host was responsive and took very good care of our needs, communication was easy and nice. The place was very clean, a couple of times we had out sheets and towels changes, I was surprised that there was also a beautiful garden with chairs and sunbeds for afternoon relax. For me it is a plus that the house is not located right in the middle of the village because we enjoyed the peace and quite and at the same time the main street was 6 7 minutes away on foot. The beach was also very close, visible from the garden. I am very happy with my choice for stay in Kavos.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a house - it has 2 more Airbnbs upstairs and Pavlos' parents live downstairs. They look after the guests very lovingly, we got fresh fruit from the garden and our sheets were changed very often (also received new towels). The house is located off the beaten path 5 mins away from Boukari beach, a car is definitely recommneded to go shopping and see some other parts of the island, but Boukari beach itself is also a very cute spot. All in all, we felt very relaxed!

Amazing find, right in the heart of the beautiful Gaios with everything a stones throw away. Steleo was an absolute gentleman, picked us up from the port and spent time giving us lots of recommendations for our stay. Could not recommend more highly, thank you.

We just spent one night at Evaggelias but really liked it, especially the view at the see and the really nice beach nearby.

Location, location, location is just fantastic. if you like to see beautiful sea straight from your balcony this is a place for you. The view is to die for! I would highly recommend. Apartment is very clean and perfect for a couple. We spent a lot of time enjoying balcony as well. Bed mattress is firm.
