Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Pavia

We had a great stay at sir Fernando's place! It had a very homey vibe, so cozy that you'd just want to stay there and sleep all day. The furniture and utensils in his home were obviously of great quality and that's when you know that the owner of the house wants the best for his guests. The host was very responsive and always kindly adhered to our requests. He was very clear in giving instructions so communication wouldn't really be a problem. Also, he even went above and beyond to even cook for us. Kudos to him because all of our needs were met during our stay. Strike a conversation with him and you'll learn a lot of interesting things. He never made us feel out of place. You'll seldom encounter a host and a place like this. Truly grateful to sir Fernando for making our stay worthwhile!

Pros: -near the highway, hence vert accessible to transportation. Just a 3-minute walk. -check in instruction was clear -nice landlady -tv with Netflix! -with free shampoo, body wash and hand wash -with emergency light and efan incase of blackout. -very aesthetic place -good value for money Cons: -mainit yung place. Specially yung living area -very small ang room and sink. But okay lang for small ppl. -walang mirror sa CR. -walang separation yung sa bathroom and CR do tendency if maliligo, basang basa din pati yung sahig sa may bowl area. -no free water. May bayad tig piso sa dispenser. -yung towel nla is non-absorbent huhu daming lints after maligo. -small room and yet mainit yung ac nla. So umulo nlng kami sa may tv kasi andon lang ung buga ng hangin. Or maybe bcos of the hot weather lang? Idk.

This is the right place to stay near Western Hospital . It feels like home, na para bang kamag anak ka na nag bakasyon at todo asikaso sila💕 The host and staff is so nice. Thanks much po. Looking forward for the next stay😉

Stayed at Pallet Homes for the second time, and it was just as great as the first. The hosts were super accommodating and quick to respond to any questions I had. The place felt welcoming and well-maintained, definitely one of my go-to stays now. Looking forward to coming back again.

The entire stay was wonderful, 10/10! The sunset view from the balcony is spectacular. As an Iloilo local, I can say that this unit is one of the places that has the perfect sunset view within the city.

The place was great! Thank you Miss Nita for accomodating and helping us. We appreciate the breakfasts you served. The only problem we had was that there was no water on the property. However, Miss Nita made sure we always had water in the bathroom. Thanks again for everything Miss Julie Ann and Miss Nita!

Second time staying at this beautiful house. It makes a great three day weekend break from Manila. Beach is gorgeous and house has everything you need. We’ll be back!

Great place. Clean and quiet.

A very comfortable place to stay, has Nice view and easily accessible to Festive walk mall.

Overall our stay was really good. The place was clean and the utensils in the kitchen were complete. However the internet was not working since there was an outage of the specific internet carrier during our stay but the host refund us for the lack of internet connection. The host was responsive and helpful for my clarification and needs. Over all our stay good and will definitely recommend the host to others. 🙂❤️

Best and comfiest place ever. Me and my partner felt right at home the moment we stepped in. All the staff were friendly and accomodating as well. If you want a place to stay that is near the festive walk or near places that you wanna go to that are walkable this is the best one. Had a little trouble with the slow wifi connection but made it work either way. Anw place was really nice, comfy, and homey. Thank you so much sir Jay!

Ailyn was always responsive and friendly host ,the balcony have the best mountain view in Iloilo.

Great property, very near to the mall

Great stay. Room was very well furnished and stocked with basics like water and coffee as well as sugar and spices for cooking. Also had excellent amenities and appliances. Was very clean, quiet, and secure. I would recommend this place to others and stay again myself.

Great place to stay, near local restaurants and shopping. Everything you need is in walking distance. Only issue was the bathroom, has a sewer smell that is almost always there. 3 air fresheners were already placed in bathroom, butsmell persisted throughout the stay. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Lovely condo in a central location, good wifi, very secure building. I recommend this lovely home.

I've stayed at many Airbnb's and Ivana was by far the most responsive and proactive host I have had. She was always thinking ahead for me, including things like giving me more TP when I extended my stay without me asking. She was very communicative and always followed through, like when I asked for a change of towels and sheets. I had them immediately. Besides the amazing coffee bar and the views, she is a fantastic host

The host is responsive with all my inquiries. We enjoyed the place so much because it felt like home. We enjoyed the fireworks display since we stayed there for New Year’s Eve. I love the smell of their place..it is clean and really cozy. It was really a lovely experience staying there. The only downside is that the building doesn’t have a parking space. We parked at a parking complex and paid P200. But overall, the place has everything we need and more. And, we love the nearby restaurants. Thank you Miss Mary Chris.🥳😍

Superb location, excellent and accommodating condo staff, very responsive and helpful host. Basic (and more) amenities were peovided which made our stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable.

Stayed at Rosemarie’s place for 3nights,Place is okay very accessible,walking distance to the mall,Only one thing is our Issued during our entire stay toilet was flooded daily,My sister and I we used mop to clear daily water,we are shocked when we arrived , I messaged the host and she is very friendly responsive. We recommend Ms Rosemarie Place.

This place is great! Very clean and has everything you need, from toiletries to kitchen and dining utensils. Beds and linens are clean and fresh. We went with kids and the place was perfect. You will need another day or a special day just to experience the properties amenities. My kids especially like the play area and the swimming pool. The place is also very walkable to many places. I don't know if we're just a big fan of walking but most of the places are walkable. Looking forward to stay at this place again. 💕💕💕
