Vacation rentals with a home theater in Pauri Garhwal

The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The host was super helpful ,humble and made check-in smooth and easy. The location was perfect—close to everything yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. The amenities were all in place, from a well-equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi. Loved the little personal touches around the home. Would definitely recommend it and would love to stay again!

I enjoyed my stay. Host was very good communicator and organized taxi. Apartment is on 2nd floor close to electrical pylon. Being from the west I still struggle with the windows in India. I would recommend ear plugs wherever you stay. The bedroom looks out to the road and although the road isn’t that busy, there is still honking and barking dogs. The apartment is nice and tv is great. Living room is cosy.

Recently i visited Rishikesh with my family and we opted to stay at The Happy Avenue II. The place is right on the spot with many eateries around and within walkable distance. Its close to Lakshman Jhula and despite heavy inflow of tourist and jammed roads, we easily got an autorikshaw for reaching Ram Jhula and Parmarth Niketan for Ganga Arti. The accommodation was very well setup and clean. Rooms are spacious and have all amenities that you want… one thing to note that the location is within the market and during weekends it becomes very crowded and difficult to locate the entry of apartment…So you need to be extra careful and watching out for the entry Gate… The house help was always responsive and helpful…Overall we had a comfortable stay

I had a great stay here. Jatin was really helpful. He had really great recommendations for local places and temples. He also helped us with contacts of transport services. The place was clean and homely. Blankets, towels, toiletries everything was provided. Kitchen was well equipped to make your own food. The location is great, only 4.5 km from Har ki Pauri, and railway station. Will definitely visit again next time when I am here.

I had booked pritika’s place for my parents and initially i was quite worried about the location travel and safety. I spoke to her over a call and she was very friendly and ensured that everything would be smooth and comfortable. Everything from stay to check in to travel and other assistance was top notch from her end, even though she was travelling herself, she made the experience spot on for them and assisted them very attentively. She is Very polite and helping, the stay was great and i would recommend everyone to please consider this place for your visit !!

Pros: The location was awesome Peaceful Property was clean The host kartikey was amazing Good communication and collaboration Food was amazing Hosting top level Wifi was good Cons: For Elderly people especially having joint or leg problem - I wont recommend this property since the path/route to the property is quite tricky. The property is 200 m downhill from the main road parking area. Overall , we had a wonderful stay( top notch view) and the Host Kartikey was amazing and made sure we don’t face any challenges.
