New, comfortable and well-maintained house. All bedrooms have suites, and the air-conditioning works perfectly. The house was clean and organized, offering Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix and YouTube. Fully equipped kitchen. Quiet atmosphere, with a table in front of the pool ideal for family moments. Parking in front of the house. Mr. Felipe has always been available , attentive and helpful. The location of the house in this very secure space is nice, with the pool and direct access to the beach. The relationship with some of the neighbors present was very nice and helpful when the person came to pick up the keys on our departure. Very good services regarding the collection of garbage cans, perfect fans and air conditioning, kitchen equipment in number and correct quality.

Excellent cost-benefit. We got the duplex to rest after a party very close to the airbnb location and it was the best choice! The place is well organized, the value is fair, Anna responds quickly and is super attentive, she was even quite flexible with our check-in and check-out. The apartment space is good and, except for the lack of WIFI (which is already announced as not having it), there is nothing we missed. I recommend it.

The view is a spectacle (I caught a full moon that rises from the sea right to the living room window, amazing). The furniture is of excellent taste and the apartment is very cozy.
