Vacation rentals with a pool in Paulista

Our stay was wonderful. We were very well received, Renato was so kind and the staff of the condominium too, all of whom were always very helpful. The place is very organized, the pool was impeccable, the apartment offers several amenities and was very clean and organized. We hope to return soon.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is great, very comfortable and well cared for. The host was super attentive and helpful throughout the stay. The pool was impeccable, perfect for relaxing. Just one small detail: some kitchen items were not exactly as shown in the photos, but nothing that hindered our experience. I spoke directly to Diego to make some minor adjustments to improve the experience for guests. We definitely intend to come back other times!

We were a large group of ten, including three children eight and under. We all had a WONDERFUL time at this property! The home is beautiful with living, and dining spaces that open out to an in-ground pool and the Maria Farinha canal, where . The pool is perfectly maintained, at a great temperature for playing or just hanging with family and friends. A couple of caretakers manage the property, and they were simply amazing. We had asked if they could provide some meals, which we coordinated with Natalia in advance. We paid for groceries and transport for them, and they made the most amazing meals for us! Not to mention also some refreshing beverages that we enjoyed pool-side. If you're going to Recife, I strongly suggest you stay at this property. The people are amazing, the location is great, and the maintenance is impeccable.

Very spacious house. Clean, with lots of green space. Well-kept gardens. Impeccable comfort of beds, sofas and chairs. Very good pool. Very helpful and polite hosts. I was surprised and I intend to return with my family. I have 4 daughters and they all loved it.

The stay was great. The house is exactly like the photos, large, clean and beautiful. The swimming pool and the garden are a delight! Flaviany is an excellent host, always responding quickly, kind, communicative and flexible. We spent great days in the house. We hope to return soon.

The house is wonderful, we spent incredible moments as a family. The space takes special care with every corner, the environments are very spacious and airy. Perfect for those who want to rest and also for those who expect to celebrate a few days with incredible views. A very special thank you to Fernanda (cook) and Odair (housekeeper) who were great with all of us throughout the stay, they are also a fundamental part of the house and the stay. I recommend it and will be back.

My wife and I really like hosting taking into account the cost and benefit, everything clean and organized according to the listing description, not to mention that Dona Fátima is a great host. I recommend it to everyone.

The negotiation was very easy. The atmosphere is very pleasant and cozy. The location is good with transportation, shopping, market, restaurant, among others, the prices are inviting. I recommend it and will definitely be back.

The apartment is small and works well for two people. It can be hot in the summer, but it has air-conditioning and a fan available. The hospitality and kindness of the condominium concierge are essential to understanding the ground rules and how to find your way around the condominium. It is in the center of the city of Paulista, which is great for those who are in the city for work.
