Vacation rentals with a pool in Paugus Bay

Peaceful, relaxing, & all the comforts of home. Lyvie’s home is super-clean & very comfortable- plenty of room to relax & unwind. As soon as we walked in we felt at home. Lyvie is a wonderful host w/ excellent communication from booking thru checkout. She thought of every detail to make us feel welcome & have a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-stocked w/ everything we needed; there’s plenty of space & comfy seating inside & on the screenporch; the beds/bedding/pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed a relaxing afternoon at the clean, peaceful & well-maintained community pool. Lyvie is so thoughtful,& clearly cares about her home & her guests. She went the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay, she really thought of everything so we didn’t have to. The location is great- the neighborhood is peaceful, quiet & serene, we could even hear the wind blowing thru the trees. And, you can drive a few minutes & be in the middle of the ‘action.’ If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Great and relaxing location, close to local amenities. Perfect for small groups, Hillary was awesome to rent from.

Michael was fantastic with responding quickly, this home was beautiful & is a great location if you're looking to visit the white mountains! my friends & I had a great stay, we would definitely book again!

Loved staying in this room! Perfect for families with small kids, right across from the playground and so close to story land. Had a blast and would def stay here again!

The house is beautiful and the views are just breathtaking. From inside the house, you get a beautiful view of the lake and then the porch is amazing. You can kayak, use the paddle board or use the canoe. You can also sit by the lake and enjoy the campfire. The surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. The host is very responsive, solved all our doubts and was flexible with us during check-in and check-out, which we appreciated very much. At check-in, we were greeted by a great bottle of wine and chocolates, which was a great touch. The house also has a ping pong table, books to read and board games. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics. We had an amazing stay, we highly recommend this property :)

Communication and response time was excellent. Due to an unavoidable work conflict, I was not able to make it for my reservation. An was very understanding and accommodating. I had not purchased rental insurance and therefore was not due any financial relief for my misfortune in scheduling. While certainly not required to do so, An offered a discount for the cleaning charge and also a discount on the nightly rate - which she has since provided. I would definitely recommend this host and I also plan on making another reservation as soon as my schedule permits.

Great location, tv in bedroom did not work, and no face cloths in bathroom.

Shauna was a great host. Instructions were clear and check-in / check-out was straightforward. Communication was excellent and any questions I had were answered quickly. Pictures were accurate and the house was clean and set up well. We enjoyed our stay and would return in the future. Thank you!

We had an amazing time staying at Cedar Lodge during Laconia Bike Week, and I can’t recommend it enough! The location was perfect — just minutes from all the action, but tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet when we needed it. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning — even better than the pictures. Waking up to that every morning was such a bonus. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and easy stay. Michael was an outstanding host — super friendly, easy to communicate with, and made check-in a breeze. He clearly puts care into making sure guests feel at home, and it really showed. If you’re coming to Laconia, especially for Bike Week, this is the place to stay. We’ll definitely be booking again next year

This was our second stay here and everything was fantastic once again! The path to the concert venue is very convenient as well as the short walk to the beautiful beach across the street. We lucked out with great weather so we also enjoyed the tennis court and sitting out on the porch this time. Can't wait to be back!

Lisa’s place felt like staying at a friend’s house. Everything you needed, clean, & comfortable. Short walk to Weirs beach. She was easy to talk to and always responded very quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay here for a quiet weekend away. It was perfect for what we needed and was within walking distance to some delicious places to eat & shop! The room was clean and very nicely decorated. Thanks for a great stay
