Vacation rentals with beach access in Paugus Bay

Sandra's place is simply amazing. The setting right on the lake cannot be beat. The host provided so many thoughtful little extras that are not typical from an array of spices to bug spray and sun screen. We plan to come back and stay here again in the future.

Rahna’s place on the lake was so comfortable and perfect for our stay. The location was so convenient for our needs and the property was quaint and well taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for a more picturesque, relaxing experience. We would definitely stay here again. 5 stars!!

This is the kind of airbnb I'm excited to visit and support -- really lovely, cozy place with a lot of character and everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a week. The proximity to Chocorua is fantastic and it's a good spring board to the lakes region & and the White Mountains. Becky is fantastic - super friendly, responsive, and kind. The wifi was strong enough for me to work there for a few days and we had all the supplies we needed to cook for ourselves. The only issue was the road noise, which was pretty loud during the day, but thankfully quieter in the nights.

We truly enjoyed this place. Very clean inside and peaceful surroundings. Looks just like the photos. We would stay here again.

Great stay. Easy self check-in, the host was super responsive about minor questions, the place was clean and exactly as advertised. The location is very kid friendly, there's a nice playground across the street, a beach and mini shopping plaza, and an athletic club (passes were $50/day for families) all within a 5 minute walk. Fantastic experience and would definitely stay again.

What a wonderful, charming and beautiful place to stay. We loved being able to relax during the day as well and the town was lovely with everything in walking distance including trails right outside the door. A favorite!

I had just left an Airbnb that was deplorable . Tony and Sonja ‘s place was just like going home . Felt very comfortable as a single woman having the space attach to their home. However felt very at ease when it came to privacy . The unit was immaculate. They could not have been more accommodating and kind . Highly recommend!

Our stay at Hills Pond was wonderful. The weather was not on our side but we were able to make the best of it and had an incredible stay. The location couldn’t have been better and all of the amenities made it the perfect getaway spot. Highly recommend booking a stay at Shannon’s home!

This was our first experience with Airbnb and it couldn’t have been better. Jeremiah and Lisseth were SO communicative from beginning to end. The house was gorgeous, perfect snowy vacation. The kids loved the playroom! The hot tub was a dream in the snow. Plenty of space but still cozy at the same time. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely come back. We had the best week! Another great stay at Laura’s. This was our third one. Walking distance to the shops in Meredith. I always enjoy the sunrise over the lake and a brisk walk to George’s Diner for an early breakfast. A one-minute drive to Dunkin’s, Hannafords, and the largest thrift shop in NH, Etcetera - an annual tradition with my daughters! Laura’s home is always clean and inviting with plenty of beds and baths for our family. Looking forward to our next stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy, comfortable, and peaceful home—perfect for our family of five! The space was quiet, private, and truly felt like a home away from home. It's in a beautiful location right by Lake Province, and we had almost everything we needed for our 3-night Easter weekend stay. Our older children attend UNH, and this was the perfect spot for us all to be together, relax, play games, and enjoy quality family time. We love to cook, and the brand new kitchen was gorgeous and a joy to use—we prepared three amazing meals together! Just a heads-up for fellow cooks: the kitchen is stocked with the basics, so if you're planning more elaborate meals, you might want to bring a few extra tools. The outdoor space was also a highlight! With beautiful weather all three days, we spent a lot of time outside enjoying the fire pit, string lights, grilling, eating al fresco, and just being together. We truly loved our stay and are already looking forward to coming back.

Tammi is an amazing host. We had back to back snow storms and she was there to communicate with me on what to do for the plow man and what was expected from us to keep the place maintained. The only thing if anything that would have been helpful to us only cause we had a lot of fishing gear in the snow storms would to have more room in the garage but we made do. I will be rebooking for the same weekend next year. If we are allowed 😜

We had a big group of moms visit for a long weekend and it was SO specious and a gorgeous location. Great hosts as well, super responsive and helpful - zero issues. We’ll be booking again!

Absolutely adored staying with my husband! We had an amazing baby moon trip and cannot wait to come back next year as our first getaway! A beautiful condo, just 20 minutes away from the heart of North Conway. Everything was in pristine condition and it is always amazing to have a kitchen at our fingertips. Beautiful views of the woods out back. Would definitely recommend to those coming to visit the North Conway, New Hampshire area and surroundings!!!!

The place was great, it had everything I needed for my stay, and I was very comfortable there. My only complaint would be that people in other units could be loud enough to hear sometimes.

Great stay here in March. The family came up to ski at Loon for weekend. Shuttle to mountain stopped right outside the door - perfect location. Condo was great - a wonderful weekend in NH. Will definitely be back.

Honestly the pictures don’t do justice for this place! It was actually better than we had imagined! I had booked this place for my in laws and we were jealous we didn’t get this place instead: the view was wonderful. The only down fall was the lights from the cars coming into the windows/ needs a darker shade but that’s the only little negative but the whole place was perfect regardless! Would stay again!

The house had plenty of space for a family of five — it was comfortable and cozy, with a beautiful view of the lake from the window. There was a lovely, clean river nearby. Not far away, there are several wonderful places to visit where you can see waterfalls, even in March. In the evening, you can relax in the pool and warm up in the sauna. A perfect getaway — thank you to the host!
