Please note that the beach is NOT a "4 min walk" away as advertised on our listing (we are working to remove this). Our studio is approximately 1.5km from the beach.

This is a great place for a fun family getaway. (Sleeps 6) Pauanui Beach is an easy 15 min walk away. There are tennis courts and a children's playground close by and it's only a 5 minute drive to the local shops and takeaways. The house has everything you need, outdoor dining, a bbq, 2 living areas, a multi purpose mezzanine that can be used as an extra sleeping area. The caravan and utility have their own outdoor kitchen/dining area and outdoor shower. The section & garden is fully fenced.

Bob and Jess has a beautiful house with an amazing view that you can wake up too. House was so cozy and warm and then as hosts were so helpful whenever I needed to ask them something. The house was clean and had even extra things that we forgot to bring so that was super amazing. 10/10 recommend this place. Will definitely come back again

We loved our stay. The place was so clean and nice to be in and the hosts had thought of everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Would definitely stay again.

This was a lovely location for our Anzac weekend with good friends. A great set up for the 4 of us. We all absolutely loved the view from the deck. Beds are super comfy and a very clean and tidy home. We managed the driveway just fine. We hope to visit again. Thank you Paul, you have an amazing property in a stunning location.

Lovely home, gorgeous views! Well supplied kitchen. Hot tub was a delightful addition. Smallest bed was the comfiest/softest, mattresses a bit firm in the other two rooms for those who prefer that. 4 min drive to the shops and town center. Easy communication with host. Place that felt like home - cozy, peaceful ambiance.

Andrea’s place was fantastic, the outdoor space was lovely to sit in to hear the sound of the birds in the morning. Furniture is tastefully decorated, we loved the sofa with all its gadgets. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a secluded place full of greenery. Andrea was responsive and friendly, allowing us the option of early check in and even left us some chocolates and a greeting card on arrival, nice touch!!
