Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Pauanui

We had a great stay here - the place was everything we needed it to be. The house is very modern and very spacious! Would highly recommend to anyone.

A taste of Tuscany in Newstead is all we can say!! Great indoor outdoor flow with all the amenities to keep people active and engaged. The tennis court provided entertainment and controversy while the spa and pool provided relaxation and ambiance. The complementary bubbles received on arrival was well needed after a long trip with a talkative passenger. Great entertainment facilities and loved the touch of country surroundings, would stay again.

We loved the space, the pool and spa. The lift was a great help for us older ones. A great place to stay. Thank you.

Easy to work with the landlady as we were a very late notice booking, and very accommodating for extension if required. Highly recommended.

Fabulous place to stay! Great location. The house was very clean and tidy. Well equipped kitchen with every thing you need. There is a lovely outdoor area out the front and the spa was a luxury. There are three good sized bedrooms, the beds are quite firm, but fine for a short stay. Gina and George are so kind and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again!

Sarah’s home sits in a stunning location. When you walk in the view of the ocean and the bay by Palm Beach and the sailboats against the shimmering water and huge sky is just unforgettable. The house is big and comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. The salt water pool is the perfect temperature and the hot tub is hot and warms you up after swimming. The walking track is right in front of the house. It’s on a steep drive but it’s centrally located on Waiheke and easy enough to get everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay. Tracey’s place was homely, and clean. We especially loved the spa. Kitchen was very well equipped and had some ingredients around too (herbs etc) which is always so helpful. Would have been good to have laundry availability, but absolutely not a must as we only stayed 3 nights. Just so clean, and welcoming. We’d definitely stay again. Thank you!!

Fantastic stay in Matarangi! Beautiful house with beautiful finishings. Very well equipped and had everything you could need. We loved the little touches of luxury everywhere. Super easy walk to the beach, we loved using the big beach trolley to get to and from with all the gear. Amazing location! We travelled over from Switzerland and loved everything Matarangi had to offer. A slice of paradise! Thank you for sending the belongings left behind! We hope to be back in the future! Thank you!

I travel with a group of teenagers so this place was great for having lots of space, huge bathroom and lots of furniture for us all to watch a movie together! Being all one level was really important to me and having lots of bed options which worked extremely well😊 I really appreciated having access to the dishwasher, washing machine and dryer with no restraints on how many times I could use them. The rooms were all a great size, lots of outdoor space, plenty of towels and in a really quiet neighbourhood 😊 Loved this house!

We had a wonderful time here, the villa is peaceful, comfortable and caters for every need. The inside and outdoor spaces are well equipped, spacious and relaxing. Sharlene is a great host who was very helpful and responsive. We would highly recommend staying here, it's a lovely haven close to the sea.

This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I can't recommend it enough. We booked it for a night for a hens party and the look on guests faces when they arrived was priceless. Such a hidden gem in Katikati, and well worth the drive there if you are considering staying. The house was spectacular and so accommodating to a large group of people, with a lovely courtyard for outdoor activities. The little cottages were also a lovely surprise for guests and so well maintained. Laura's communication was also excellent. I would love to visit again one day. . . and stay for a week!

Amazing view, the only recommendation is to get a car if you don’t like the hills to walk to the villa other than that, it was amazing and the hot tub was awesome

Enjoyed a night away with my wife in this awesome cabin . Clean and tidy . Outdoor bath was perfect . Private space with lots of little add ons like muesli for breakfast , brownie and even bath salts . Corrie was helpful and responsive. Would 100% recommend choosing this spot for a getaway from all the hustle and bustle !
