A peaceful oasis located a quick tuktuk ride from Panajachel. Matched the photos and description perfectly, and acted as a great home base for exploring the towns around Lake Atitlan. The terrace & hot tub were a lovely oasis, especially during sunrise and sunset. The owner coordinated a tuktuk transfer for us from Panajachel, then met us for check-in. They set up a few more for us during our stay, but we also found it quite easy once we were situated to hail one ourselves. We felt safe walking to Pana and Santa Caterina Palopó during the daytime, and took a tuktuk to the Pana ferry to visit San Pedro, San Juan and San Marco.

My Grand Lakeview Villa

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious lake house perched on a cliff with breathtaking views of Lake Atitlán. The home features a pool and a jacuzzi. Access involves navigating narrow, cliffside roads through small villages—perfect for adventurous travelers. The house spans three levels: the entry floor includes a small bedroom, a master bedroom, an outdoor bedroom, and a pool table room. One level down are three more bedrooms. The lowest level features a spacious kitchen, dining and living areas, and a large deck to enjoy the view. A well-kept path leads to the lake’s edge, where we were picked up by boat for a scenic ride to San Juan La Laguna. We opted not to drive to Panajachel at night due to the narrow roads. While it could use a few touch-ups, overall everything was good . We truly enjoyed our stay and recommend this place .

Lakefront Elegance

We loved our stay here and would stay again! The badminton court and the kayak were great. The daily breakfasts were delicious and David helped book tuk tuks into town to go to restaurants. Only thing I would clear up is that there's really only 1 bedroom with privacy. The others are two and two without doors. Also, the beds are not the most comfortable, but worth it for the amenities!

Joshua’s home was a paradise getaway. The views of Lake Atitlan from almost every angle were captivating. The architecture of the villa was an art of its own. The house manager & his son were incredibly helpful, gracious, & much appreciated in every way! & what a lovely experience it was to be boat taxied into town and back. Beds were comfortable, home was clean, and kitchen came equipped with anything you could need. We hope to return at some point, a definite recommend.

At first it was a little difficult to find the place, but this was because we did not follow the instructions sent by Whats App where we were told that we should contact Adolfo. After we did it, everything was relatively easy and the house seemed like an excellent option to share with the family. Great views, peacefully and a good relaxing place. Adolfo was a great guy, he helped us with everything we needed. Al principio fue un poquito dificil encontrar el lugar, pero esto debido a que no seguimos las instrucciones que fueron enviadas por whats app donde se nos indicaba que debiamos comunicarnos con Adolfo, despues que lo hicimos todo fue relativamente facil y la casa nos parecio una excelente opcion para compartir en familia. Muy bonitas vistas, un lugar lleno de paz bueno para relajarse. Adolfo fue un buen muchacho que nos ayudo en todo lo que necesitamos.

Unique and beautiful stay with breathtaking views at the amenities! Alvaro was very responsive whenever we needed help with anything and went above and beyond for us! Definitely recommend! Only thing I will mention is that sometimes you might have to wait a long time for public lanchas being in Santiago but just set aside time if you need to use those or look into private lanchas if you need to get to another town quickly!

The house is very beautiful. A lovely design and filled with beautiful touches and artwork. An amazing view off the veranda, and the gardens are relaxing and full of birds. We all enjoyed the clean pool very much too. Overall it was an amazing place to relax and recharge. There is a walk up to the local village of Santa Clara or tuk tuks to take you up the hill, and the village has a produce market on Saturdays. We also recommend CECAP for great meals with the best view, as well as fair trade traditional handicrafts. It was easy to get a boat at the public dock. It’s probably easiest to arrange your own driver and boat to the private dock as then it’s easy to contact them if they do not turn up or know where to go (problems we had through no fault of the host). Definitely shop in Pana as the shops are very small in Santa Clara. Be aware it was hazy every day for 6 days and apparently this is common in April (or other months too?) because of cane burning. Nice house, comfortable to rest, spacious, the internal parking fits 1 car well. Basic utensils. The only drawback we had was the hot water in the shower, very complicated to use, no matter how hard we tried and also the person in charge came to explain, it was also difficult for him, it was very difficult to bathe. Otherwise, a house we would definitely return to!

This was one of the most wonderful places I have ever stayed. The house was amazing. We felt so well taken care of. The concierge service made every request happen. Maria was absolutely amazing!!!! I highly recommend staying here.
