Vacation rentals in Patzún

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious lake house perched on a cliff with breathtaking views of Lake Atitlán. The home features a pool and a jacuzzi. Access involves navigating narrow, cliffside roads through small villages—perfect for adventurous travelers. The house spans three levels: the entry floor includes a small bedroom, a master bedroom, an outdoor bedroom, and a pool table room. One level down are three more bedrooms. The lowest level features a spacious kitchen, dining and living areas, and a large deck to enjoy the view. A well-kept path leads to the lake’s edge, where we were picked up by boat for a scenic ride to San Juan La Laguna. We opted not to drive to Panajachel at night due to the narrow roads. While it could use a few touch-ups, overall everything was good . We truly enjoyed our stay and recommend this place .

We loved our stay here and would stay again! The badminton court and the kayak were great. The daily breakfasts were delicious and David helped book tuk tuks into town to go to restaurants. Only thing I would clear up is that there's really only 1 bedroom with privacy. The others are two and two without doors. Also, the beds are not the most comfortable, but worth it for the amenities!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Le logement est splendide avec une très belle vue sur le lac. Les extérieurs ainsi que la plage privée sont plein de charmes. A consommer sans modération !!

Highly recommend staying here! The views are breathtaking and the space is comfy and clean. The WiFi worked well for virtual meetings. It’s a peaceful getaway that feels remote but is just a 10-minute ride outside of town.

At first it was a little difficult to find the place, but this was because we did not follow the instructions sent by Whats App where we were told that we should contact Adolfo. After we did it, everything was relatively easy and the house seemed like an excellent option to share with the family. Great views, peacefully and a good relaxing place. Adolfo was a great guy, he helped us with everything we needed. Al principio fue un poquito dificil encontrar el lugar, pero esto debido a que no seguimos las instrucciones que fueron enviadas por whats app donde se nos indicaba que debiamos comunicarnos con Adolfo, despues que lo hicimos todo fue relativamente facil y la casa nos parecio una excelente opcion para compartir en familia. Muy bonitas vistas, un lugar lleno de paz bueno para relajarse. Adolfo fue un buen muchacho que nos ayudo en todo lo que necesitamos.

Unique and beautiful stay with breathtaking views at the amenities! Alvaro was very responsive whenever we needed help with anything and went above and beyond for us! Definitely recommend! Only thing I will mention is that sometimes you might have to wait a long time for public lanchas being in Santiago but just set aside time if you need to use those or look into private lanchas if you need to get to another town quickly!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful house, and I have to say, Adolfo was an exceptional host. From the moment we arrived, he made sure everything was perfect for us. His hospitality was above and beyond, offering helpful recommendations, answering any questions we had, and making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The house itself was gorgeous, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. Adolfo's kindness and attentiveness really made our family’s trip memorable, and we are so grateful for his help. Una estadía maravillosa, perfecta para descansar, lugar tranquilo sin ruidos incómodos. La vista es hermosa, queda como a 15 mins de panajachel y un tuc tuc te cobra 10Q por persona para llevarte. Se puede entrar al lago directamente. Cumplió nuestras expectativas. La comida del restaurante estuvo deliciosa siempre. Gracias!

We have stayed at some really nice Airbnbs in the past, but this place exceeded our expectations in every way. The grounds, the house and the staff are absolutely incredible. We are already looking at dates to book another dedicated trip to this house. If the house is available for your travel dates, consider yourself lucky. I'm afraid the secret is out!
