Very clean and spacious, plenty of ventilation and despite being on the main avenue, there wasn't much noise.

The apartment of Guadalupe is impeccable , newly built and with everything of first quality . Being a new place we had a slight detail with the heater and Guadalupe solved it immediately , she is always attentive and I help us in everything , including local recommendations. We will definitely be back soon , thank you so much for everything !!!

Lovely stay in the central area of Morelia. Very nice accommodations on a central courtyard with 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. We were very lucky to get this room just ahead of día de los muertos!

The place was central to all of the festivities for El Dia de los Muertos. It was clean, orderly and a quiet area to rest as needed.

The place is beautiful, quiet, clean, I would definitely come back and stay more days to enjoy it, the house is very nice, with beautiful gardens and a delightful pool.

We absolutely loved our stop-off at Casa Werma on our way to the coast from Mexico City, just made us wish it was longer than a one day layover! Casa Werma is an immaculately kept property in a huge expanse of gardens and trees, which as anyone who lives in Mexico knows, is a rarity here! It is a beautiful little oasis in the ramshackle charm of Patzcuaro. Faith and Craig were lovely and so accommodating. They make you feel totally welcome whilst also giving you your own space. They also make a fantastic breakfast! The casita was SO sweet-beautiful old tiled bathroom and an open fire in the bedroom which was much appreciated to hang out by in the chill Patzcuaro evening! We would most definitely stay here were we to return to Patzcuaro (which I am seriously hoping will happen!).

A beautiful place, a nice place. It is located in a place with easy access to transportation if you want to use a taxi. It had everything the description said. I would go again!

The house room is just as it appears in the images, the owner took care of us in a friendly and timely way. The property is located in a little crowded area and access to it is a little tangle, out of it everything is very good. For that price if it is worth it.

Ibeth was very friendly at all times, attentive and responded quickly. There were nice touches in the bathroom and kitchen. When I arrived, it took me a while to find the house, since it is in a private area and the entrance is not so visible. I took two dogs, in the private area there were more dogs and next to the house too, but they were very friendly, there was never a problem. The neighbors in the community were always very friendly too. Only inside the house, I never saw the space to make a fire outside. For my taste, the cost was a bit higher than what I consider, however the days in the house were very nice, we managed to rest, my dogs were happy in the garden and everything was excellent. I highly recommend the house

Marlen's house is located 10 minutes from downtown Patzcuaro by car. It is a private estate with lots of land and place to park your car. Offer complimentary breakfast. Marlen is a lovely person, and explained everything before and during our stay. He explained everything to us to enjoy the Day of the Dead in Paztcuaro. Without a doubt, if we were to return to Michioacan, we would choose this place again.

marlen is an excellent host even took us from the bus station to the place, the apartment is nice with a court and a very nice view, they were up to the slope as long as we arrived at night to open the port

So friendly host. Warm family. Great security and views of the inside of the house. It's hard to find a better place if you have a car. They are very sweet and keep trying to help. Breakfast was a gift. You will be given a really great meal. And safety is number one.

Marlen helped us prepare the "Dia de los muertos". She answered our questions. the apartment is located in a closed and secure event location (in a small dirt road near the road but no worries). the accommodation is a 10 minute drive from Patzcuaro. it is better to have a car to be flexible. the accommodation (apartment number 6) is equipped with an private bathroom with toilet (towel, shampoo and shower gel available). The apartment is equipped with a lock. There is a right click, 1 large bed and a small bed. No wifi. I highly recommend this accommodation clamor and peaceful.

Good place, with the necessary and ideal to spend the night, a very quiet environment. It is close to the dock to board Janitzio and the other islands. I recommend it

Highly recommended. A quiet place, clean with very good service. The breakfast in the mornings is great and the view to the lake is amazing and 100% recommended.
