House vacation rentals in Patmos

Kalotina was a wonderful host and the listing is amazing!

This AIRBNB was the highlight of our trip - total magic. We enjoyed the peace and isolation - nestled at the northern tip of the island. The view is surreal! The host Thanasis is a kind soul and communication was effortless.

Très belle maison, impeccable, très bien équipée, literie très confortable. Ménage tous les 3 jours. La terrasse est superbe, le jardin aménagé avec chaises longues et petit bassin d’eau de mer, douche extérieur. Endroit parfait pour se relaxer. Très belle situation sur l’île. Ourania est vraiment une personne charmante et très serviable. Elle est venue nous chercher et nous a ramené au port. Elle nous a mis à disposition des provisions le jour de notre arrivée. Nous retournons très certainement dans cette maison lors de notre prochain séjour à Patmos. Merci beaucoup!

Wir hatten eine unglaublich schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft! Alles ist wunderschön! Unterkunft sowie der sagenhafte Ausblick! Besitzer und Housekeeping waren super freundlich und wir hätten uns nicht mehr wünschen können. Vielen lieben Dank für eine unvergessliche Zeit!

Très jolie maison située sur les hauteur de Grikos et offrant une vue magnifique sur la baie . Jolie petite piscine , cuisine spacieuse , et chambres simples et confortables . Salles de bain très fonctionnelles . Bref je recommande vivement ce logement et remercie Bernhard pour les échanges constructifs que nous avons eu durant le séjour !

The Villa is a special property. Off the main road but very peaceful and with views to die for. The terraces and pool were the jewel in the crown. The Villa is very comfortable, suitable for 3 couples given the space and twin bathrooms. The amenities are all there. Gregory was a very responsive host, both before we arrived and during our stay. Leros is a great island destination in the Dodecanese and Villa Agnantia a excellent choice. You need a car (or must like walking up hill) but the restaurants and beaches of Agia Marina and Panteli are close and excellent. There are many shops in Lakki so getting supplies is easy. All in all, highly recommended!

Το κτίριο είναι από πέτρα, παραδοσιακό στην εμφάνιση, με σύγχρονες υποδομές. Ειλικρινά ήσυχο και εξαιρετικά φιλικό στον επισκέπτη. Η πισίνα πολή καλή, με έξτρα πετσέτες που μας δόθηκαν για χρήση. Τα κρεβάτια πολύ καλά, ακόμα και αν υπάρχουν μυοσκελετικά νοσήματα, και τα μαξιλάρια υπήρχαν σε ποικιλία. Η θέα είναι ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΗ, η όψη του λιμανιού από ψηλά είναι το κάτι άλλο. Η πρόσβαση είναι λίγο περίπλοκη, μιας και οι δρόμοι δεν είναι καλοστρωμένοι και η μια εναλλακτική ήταν μεγάλος κύκλος με κακοστρωμένο δρόμο, ενώ η άλλη είχε εξαιρετικά δύσβατη ανηφόρα για την οποία μας ενημέρωσαν και δεν την προτιμήσαμε με αμάξι - συστήνω να βάλετε τα δυνατά σας όσοι πάτε με πόδια ή να πάρετε ένα αυτοκίνητο που να αντέχει λακουβίτσες. Οι δρόμοι στο νησί είναι έτσι κι αλλιώς ταλαιπωρημένοι - θα σας χρειαστεί ένα καλό όχημα. Πρέπει να σημειώσω ότι επί οποιουδήποτε προβλήματος έγινε προσπάθεια λύσης και μάλιστα με upgrade όταν αυτό χρειάστηκε. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα, ελπίζουμε να σας ξαναδούμε σύντομα!

Yannis place is way better than what described in the ad. Has all the plus that you are looking to get from a vacation: amazing location, stunning view, great space. Will definitely come back. There were a few problems finding the location as the roads are not clearly signed, but overall had an amazing time.

Above my expectations, up on a hill overlooking the ocean, I stayed at the studio more than traveling because it was so beautiful and peaceful there. It has everything you need to eat, sleep, lounge, access local sites and feel as though you belong to the island life. Can't wait to come back

A wonderful place within walking distance to downtown Skala. Maria and her husband George were extremely flexible and allowed me to check in hours early, which was a very helpful accommodation. The home had everything you would need for a visit to Patmos - TV, internet, fresh linens and towels, clean bathroom and kitchen, even a washer/dryer if you wanted it. Friendly, great hosts that made my already wonderful stay in Patmos that much nicer!

La casa è un piccolo vero gioiello, curata in ogni dettaglio e fornita di tutto ciò che può servire in una vacanza. Il terrazzino all'aperto è molto carino per le colazioni e un aperitivo tra amici. La posizione è ideale per scoprire il centro di Skala, per lo shopping e le uscite serali ma è anche estremamente silenzioso. Assolutamente da consigliare.

Excellent séjour. La maison est très agréable, propre et offre une vue magnifique. Nous avons passé de très bons moments dans cette maison à proximité de tous les centres d ´intérêts (supermarché, restaurant, bars, port..). Attention à l’accès très très étroit pour la voiture et à l’absence de climatisation comme indiqué dans l’annonce.

Casa in perfette condizioni. Vista magnifica e posizione molto comoda da raggiungere. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e si è messo sempre a disposizione.

Lilka’s studio is beautiful - it’s modern and extremely clean! The location is just steps away from lovely restaurants, cafes and shops but tucked away on a quiet little street. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need and bathroom included some lovely local amenities. Lilka was very kind and answered all of our questions. We had the most amazing stay on beautiful Patmos and cannot wait to return

This is one of my favorite homes I’ve ever stayed in. I highly recommend spending your time here, with its lovely location and beautiful views.

Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ καλό και καθαρό σε κοντινή περιοχή από το κέντρο και τα μαγαζιά. Η οικοδεσποινα εξυπηρετική και επικοινωνιακή μας περίμενε όταν φτάσαμε και παρειχε ότι ζητήσαμε. Ένα όμορφο μέρος για διακοπές. Η γενική εντύπωση πολύ καλή. Κάποια δυσκολία για μεγάλους ανθρώπους η σκάλα πρώτου ορόφου.

ALMOST, I’m loathe to let anyone in on the secret place that is this house on Patmos….! Perfect for a romantic week for two, with private access to the sea, a paddle board for guests, shaded garden, beautiful patio and a lovely, well-kept studio apartment equipped with all you could need. Giannis was so generous in his advice and always super quick to respond. Highly recommended.

We were welcomed by her daughter Poppi and informed about everyyhing very well. There are delicious treats in house for us:) she asked if we need anything and she was soooo interested. Location: It is very close to one of the most beautiful beach on this planet, so we walk only 10 minutes to reach that paradise. Also, there are bus rounds to Scala. Just follow guys. Beside all of these, the house was clean, cozy. Very close to the café in the town. Please be ready to hear warm “hello” from people of neighbourhood. In few hours you’ll feel yourself home. We often prefer Airbnb, and this was the best experience of our family thanks to Poppi and Sofia :) i hope we’ll come again♥️big love and thanks

Ottimo soggiorno a skala, appartamento bello e comodo con terrazzo sul mare vista chora per splendidi aperitivi.

How do I even begin to describe this place…it’s……just….perfect. In every way. I will be booking it every year for this time so no one else please book it ever again thanks:)

We can't thank Fabrizio enough for making our stay truly memorable! From the moment we booked, he was attentive and responsive, helping us with everything we needed, including finding a car on the island, which was a lifesaver. The house itself is absolutely stunning. Everything is brand new, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The space is perfect for two couples. The beds are comfortable, and the living areas are spacious. The location is just perfect. We enjoyed waking up to breathtaking views every morning, and the peaceful surroundings made for a relaxing getaway. Despite the tranquility, the house is also conveniently located near everything we wanted to explore. Plus, having a parking spot made it easy to come and go as we pleased. All in all, we highly recommend staying here, and we hope to return in the future. Thank you, Fabrizio, for everything.

Ο χώρος είναι όπως απεικονίζεται στις φωτογραφίες. Απέχει 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι. Η στάση του λεωφορείου προς τον Κάμπο είναι σε απόσταση ενός λεπτού. Από το σπίτι υπάρχει θέα προς τη θάλασσα και το κάστρο. Η επικοινωνία με την ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν άψογη και οι οδηγίες για την πρόσβαση στην οικία πολύ κατατοπιστικές.

Beautiful house, lots of amazing lounging spots. Very conveniently located. Would definitely rent again.
