Apartment vacation rentals in Patmos

We had a peaceful stay and all was perfect. The flat was spotless, well-designed, and in a magical location, close to everything although off the main roads and towns, so it felt private and secluded. Markella was a wonderful and generous host, and we will definitely be back. A great find in Patmos!

We had a wonderful visit to Patmos and a major reason was the hospitality of Lilka and George and the quality of the Airbnb apartment. We highly recommend it for perfect location and comfort. Lilka is very responsive to every inquiry/request.

The attention to detail in this beautiful house was one of the highlights of our stay. Thorough cleanliness as well as friendly staff made our experience even more pleasant. Our stay there was smooth, not only because of the spacious and very chic ambiance, but also due to the very close distance from the Kampos beach, one of the best beaches around. Veranna is a few steps away from one of the best beaches in Patmos (Kampos). The apartment is not too big but is very charming, clean and has a thoughtful eye for details. We have got daily cleaning, change of towels every 2 days and change of linen every 3 days, which you would expect from a hotel but not an airbnb! Markella is a lovely host, very responsive and friendly. She left us a nice bottle of wine, some water and fresh fruits to make us feel welcome right away when we checked in. I recommend Markella’s place to any visitor to Patmos. I will sure be returning for more stays and fun memories.

Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα και άψογη φιλοξενία από τους οικοδεσπότες. Ευγενέστατοι, εξυπηρετικοί, επιμελείς με την καθαριότητα και έτοιμοι να απαντήσουν την οποιαδήποτε ερώτηση των καλεσμένων. Ο χώρος είναι όπως στις φωτογραφίες, με τέλεια θέα και ευάερος. Η κουζίνα εξοπλισμένη πλήρως. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

Markella was a great host and her place was simply great : the house is new, very well built and designed, very clean and hygienic. It’s close to a very nice beach and with an 8 min drive you are in the center. The house is surrounded by local houses and helpful Greeks which makes you feel at home. Overall - a great, very responsive host and a beautiful location!

Το σπίτι ήταν όμορφο και καθαρό. Από τα πολύ ωραία που βρήκαμε στην Πάτμο. Οι οικοδεσπότες μας βοήθησαν πολύ με το check-in και το check-out. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή, ήσυχη , έξω από την Σκάλα. Χρειάζεσαι μεταφορικό μέσο και για την Σκάλα και για την χώρα. Θα επιστρέφαμε με χαρά!

Es war einfach alles perfekt und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft hat mich sehr gerührt. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht und das Appartement ist genau so wie auf den Bilden. Ich hoffe ich kann wieder mal dort Ferien machen! Herzliches Dankeschön! Efxaristo!

Ein wunderschönes altes Haus in bester Lage: Vor allem der atemberaubende Blick von der Dachterrasse entschädigt für kleinere Mängel. Das Haus liegt mitten in den engen Altstadt-Gassen von Chora, ist geschmackvoll restauriert und sehr sauber. Kyrlidis war jederzeit anspechbar für unsere Fragen und ist auch auf kurzfristige Wünsche flexibel eingegangen. Ein Problem war die Wegbeschreibung: Trotz GPS-Koordinaten und Video war das Haus schwer zu finden.

A Perfect Stay at Litois – A Hidden Gem in Patmos! From the moment we arrived at Litois, we were blown away. Our host was absolutely amazing—warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The location itself is perfect: peaceful, beautiful, and close to everything you need to enjoy the charm of Patmos. The amenities were top-notch, and the care and thought put into the space made it feel like a home away from home. But what truly stood out was the community. The people on the island are so kind—it’s clear that everyone works together to make visitors feel comfortable, supported, and cared for. We’ve stayed in quite a few Airbnbs, and outside of just two others, this one tops our list. It’s a must-stay if you’re coming to Patmos. Bonus: Litois has multiple rooms, making it perfect for family reunions, groups of friends, or even wedding parties. The versatility of the space is incredible. Beautiful. Peaceful. Magical. A+ experience. All the stars!

Non potevamo chiedere di meglio! L'alloggio è molto carino, spazioso e ben curato. Fornito di tutto il necessario per gli ospiti, compresa una comoda piccola cucina. Il terrazzino è però la cosa più spettacolare, la vista dal mattino presto alla sera dopo il tramonto è impagabile. Da casa riesci a vedere entrambi i versanti sell'isola e sia l'alba che il tramonto sul mare. Talmente piacevole che uscire di casa sembrava un peccato ☺️. Sakis è stato gentile e molto dispobile, davvero amichevole. Un piacere conoscerlo! Torneremo di sicuro💜

This was the best Airbnb I think I’ve ever stayed at! The host picked me up at the port and dropped me off there when I left. She was super kind and gave great local recommendations. The views right outside your door are absolutely breathtaking. I’d love to spend over a week at this place!! Definitely worth staying here.

This trip and stay was easily the best experience I have ever had. The place was newly built so it was really modern, clean and it was amazing. Markella was really helpful throughout our holiday. She helped with everything and gave great recommendations. The place was super clean, and also it had an amazing view. Decoration of the interior was magnificent and we felt like we were in home. Also the place had a great location. It was so quiet and peaceful yet 5 minute walking distance to amazing beaches and restaurants. Also there was an amazing beach party really close yet the place was still super quiet. Also it was 7-8 minutes drive to Scala. Shortly, the location was really good. My girlfriend and I, fell in love with the place and definitely want to visit next year. We will 100% try to stay here again. Many many thanks to Markella and all the other staff. Best Airbnb experience of my life so far!

La casa di Gitsa era perfetta per noi! Pulita, nuova e fornita di tutto quello che si potrebbe necessitare, ci sono stati forniti anche numerosi alimenti per la colazione e bibite. La posizione è perfetta, strategicamente situato al centro dell’isola, è facile raggiungere tutte le spiagge e le altre attrattive dell’isola. Gitsa è estremamente gentile e premurosa, la comunicazione è sempre stata costante durante il nostro soggiorno. Non vediamo l’ora di ritornare. Grazie hai reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile.

We loved Patmos and would love to come back! Teresita's apartment was perfect as a base to go and explore. Just a few minutes walk to the centre of Skala and the port. Terrsita met us from the boat and took us to the apartment, which was so helpful. We loved exploring Skala, Chora and Psili Amos beach (worth the walk!) We would totally recommend this apartment - it was a bargain 👍👍🙂🙂

Maria's place was clean and well situated for crags (i.e afternoon wall, spartan wall, grande gotta etc. Close enough to walk to Stala's and water. Kitchen was well equipped given that it was only a studio. Great spot for a couple. Balcony would be fun in the summer.

Very friendly hosts! Everything went smooth evnthough we thought we booked an apartment on Kos which wasn‘t the case the island is Kalymnos not Kos (our mistake), Maria always replies very fast and is such a nice person and always helps out. The apartment was like in the pictures, clean and you even have ocean view whilest showering. The rooftop terrace with the whirlpools and sunbeds is great and very cozy to hang out in the sun. We only missed an umbrella for some shade and a cool down option as it was very warm during the day in the sun and the whirlpools are not refreshing for a cool down as the temperature is around 37 degrees. In the later afternoon/evening the hot whirlpools are very nice to have. We enjoyed our stay and in the end we were happy to have stayed in Kalymnos and not Kos. Would love to come back again.

This was by far the most luxurious and modern Airbnb we have experienced. Maria was gracious, friendly, and attentive. The unit was exceptionally clean and well kept. A few maintenance items were noted. The beds were firm but comfy. The private spa was a wonderful bonus. Our family members stayed nearby in hotels but were envious of our choice. Whoever designed it thought of everything. I will dream about our stay for years to come.

Όλα ήταν άψογα!το σπίτι ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες με υπέροχη βεράντα!!! Άνετα κρεβάτια! όλα πεντακάθαρα! επίσης είχε στα ντουλάπια της κουζίνας και στο ψυγείο ό,τι χρειάζεται κάποιος για το πρωινό του και όχι μόνο....κάθε είδος καφέ και ηλεκτρικές συσκευές, πλυντήριο, καθαριστικά, σαμπουάν, αφρόλουτρο και πολλά αλλά! είχαμε την επικοινωνία που θέλαμε και την εξυπηρέτηση απο τους ιδιοκτήτες!!! ευχαριστούμε!!!!
