Este lugar fue excelente! Maravillosa la estancia frente al mar. Muy limpio y amplio. La cocina muy buena equipada. La propiedad tiene una vista espectacular frente al mar y es muy relajante. Tiene aire acondicionado en toda la casa. El espacio es muy cómodo y agradable. Realmente estoy loca por poderme quedar nuevamente.

Hermoso lugar, lo recomiendo al 100%. El anfitrión es súper amigable y el área está muy limpia. Olía fantástico. Sin duda alguna volveremos. Si se hospedan ahí no duden en probar el mofongo del restaurante del lado (Calixtos) riquísimo!!!❤️

What a gem! I’m so lucky to have found this place. Plenty of room for my son and I. It’s definitely in a non-touristy area which we loved but a close enough drive to grocery and restaurants. It’s right on the most fantastic beach. I walked the 3 mile stretch daily and we felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. Beds are comfy and AC in the bedrooms. We kept the AC off and opened the windows during the day and it was so comfortable. We don’t typically repeat the same vacation, but we already booked again for next year!

Enrique was great! He made sure to communicate when the room was being cleaned peior to my check in & made sure to call me directly that the room was available. Totally recommend this place!

This place is a slice of heaven! It was my families favorite and we did not want to leave. The back yard is the ocean. We launched kayaks and paddle boards off the back steps to kayak with the manatees. We fished with the poles from the house and some tiny hooks right off the back deck and caught (and released) a variety of sea life, including a needle fish, a puffer fish, Sun fish, rock fish and a small crab. We saw iguanas swimming in the ocean and they swam right past on that back porch. We snorkeled from the back porch, floated in the water while the stars came out. In the morning we watched large fish hunt, saw flying fish and jumping fish and watched the manatees have their breakfast. This house is a place to stay and all your activities for several days!!! We played on the putting green, enjoyed the games at the house, watched a movie, cooked etc. so much to do and everything you need to do it. The house is also beautiful! So clean and elegant! Would definitely start again❤️

One thing I can say is if you book this place and plan on doing a lot of exploring, you won’t! This place was so beautiful we rarely left! The views, the privacy, the house were so beautiful! Bring water shoes for the beach! There are so many beautiful shells on the beach. Great vacation and everyone we met was so kind!!! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

My family and I had a great time at Amy & Noe's place. The location was perfect. Waking up to the sound of the waves was so peaceful along with the pool and bar was prefect for hanging out at night. we loved the bread fruit tree on the property as we made some pancakes for the kids from it. overall I would highly recommend their place as the little town was so nice and the locals were friendly. we would definitely come back in the future!

Really a cute place. Beds were extremely comfy. AC worked great. Good wifi. Nice kitchen with everything you need (except a wine opener). We enjoyed outdoor living for the most part. Great pool, but only has 1 lounger; needs another lounger or 2. Aida's tips were great! Warning: you can't swim in front of the house. Rocks, rough, riptide. It was a pain to have to drive to a beach when we had one right in front of us. That was the only downfall and we wouldn't rent there again only because we like to swim in the sea. This house is right on a very loud road. Not sure why Puerto Ricans have to drive with their music blaring? You get used to it. Great overall!

Our stay at this beautiful property was truly unforgettable. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials including, air fryer, toaster oven, microwave, and blender. The living room was a dream, open layout & breathtaking ocean views. The covered porch was perfect for gatherings & we loved using the grill. The gazebo offered a cozy space for conversations while others enjoyed the pool. The pool was perfect, beach towels included. The hammocks were a huge hit. The security gate gave us peace of mind, allowing us to fully relax & enjoy our time. Location in the rural southeastern part of the island was a dream, offering a peaceful, serene atmosphere. A standout aspect of our stay was Hector, the property manager, who goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a perfect experience. Hector was attentive & thoughtful. His kindness and dedication are truly exceptional, making him an invaluable part of the experience. You won’t find another Airbnb with someone as outstanding as him.

The best part was waking up to the sound of the ocean and the beautiful view. The kids loved the pool. I used the pool deck for yoga, which was perfect. We had breakfast by the pool. I felt amazing at Amy and Noe's place. They were very communicative. We also used the kitchen a lot and had breakfast and dinner at home. Close by grocery made it very simple. Some things could be improved, such as the quality of the towels and bedsheets. But that's my personal opinion. At night, kids had trouble sleeping with the cat and dog noise. They are not used to those noises, We had Apt 3, one of the bedrooms was next to the roads, and you could hear the night traffic, just so that you know, which didn't bother me as much as it bothered the kids. At night, mosquitoes were by the pool, and we used bug spray. All warm places will have such issues unless you dump lots of chemicals. So bring your favorite bug spray. We enjoyed the place and will visit again.

This place used to be a hotel/parador, turned into a big AirBnB. So expect to stay in a hotel-like room? which was OK for my stay. Room was clean and easy to check in. Didn't used the pool but it looked in good shape. Quiet place and close to lots of restaurants and chinchorros.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. the house was clean and enough room for 8 of us. The inground pool was very nice, the water was warm, and we used it daily. The AC in the bedrooms works very well. The rest of the house felt nice with the ceiling fans and breeze from the windows. The Wi-Fi was good and we could watch shows on our Fire Stick. Our host Amanda was very nice and helpful with our questions. The beaches in Patillas are very rocky. We tried to get in up to our waist but was dangerous due to large rocks you can't see. We found much nicer beaches about an hour away near the Ceiba Ferry and Fajardo. Some things we didn't know, but were not a problem. Keep the kitchen clean and take out trash daily. If you don't, you'll find a lot of tiny black ants crawling across the kitchen counters and the under counter garage can. The septic system has problems processing toilet paper so it must go in the garbage.

The place was just like it appeared in the pictures. We were right on the beach with a great outdoor space to enjoy the view.

We came to Nilda’s place to celebrate our anniversary and get some R & R. And that is exactly what we got and soooo much more! First & foremost, Nilda was THE BEST host - and I have stayed in ALOT of places. It was like staying with a family member. She warmly greeted us on the beach with a beverage, had the room decorated for our anniv, had a gift for us AND Puerto Rican coffee as she knew how much we love our coffee ☕️!! And cold drinks in the fridge. She gave us tons of local recommendations! The space was small, but has all you need. And if I did need anything, she was so responsive & took care of it asap! But the location!!! RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!!!!! Literally. Now this is a real beach. Not a well manicured, white sand beach but a beautiful REAL PR beach and just what we needed This was the best week we have had in a long time … the weather, the location and most importantly NILDA!! Nilda was an excellent host. Got us some chairs for the beach, towels we could take there, and she even baked some biscuits for us + plus brought us some delicious quesitos. She was always was very attentive to our needs. If we were ever in Patillas again, this would be the place to stay. Awesome view and location.

The property was beautiful and Jim and Teresa were wonderful hosts. The sound of the waves, the view and the space were amazing. The sound of the Coqui frogs and the waves at night lulled us to sleep. It was a wonderful trip.
