Really lovely stay, perfect size accommodation for 2 people, and a little plunge pool to enjoy in the mornings before heading out. Plus incredible views across the mountains! You would definitely need a car to get around down to the beach and restaurants. Dimitris is really helpful and has so many recommendations to send across and tell you all about. He kindly gave us pool towels in addition to regular house towels which was very useful during our stay. Would highly recommend staying.

our group of 9 didn’t want to leave this gorgeous villa. we would absolutely re-book! Zoi’s villa is peaceful and comfortable, convenient and appointed with many luxuries. the pool was the perfect temp for summer weather, our kids played all the games provided (chess, etc). we saw wild horses! the villa is a 3 minute drive or 15-20 minute walk to the Katelios beachfront row of eateries & shops. nightlife is fun & lively. the villa is also surrounded by lush landscape—grape vines, fig trees, pine trees, olive trees, and you can see the Ionian Sea from the villa. Zoi and Nektaria went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. responsiveness rate of 300%. communication was easy, *when* we needed to contact our host, but Zoi anticipated and prepared the house for every guest to have what they needed. we felt as if we were treated as family. Zoi & Nektaria were totally invested in our experience, to make it the best it could be. everything was beautiful.

What an absolutely perfect stay we had here. The most beautifully clean space with everything you could ever need included, two gorgeous little kittens, the prettiest garden and a breathtaking view. Check in was easy and our leaving gifts of herbs and marmalades was so wonderful. We will definitely be back, thank you so much.

This place is a hidden palace on the hill, located quite well for most things you may want to do in Southern Kefalonia. And if you want to stay there and do things at the furthest point north, it’s a 1h25m drive. We loved the cleanliness and quiet. There is one neighbor next door which appears be a mirror villa to this one. There is a little bit of noise from the airport but I found it enjoyable watching a planes take off. There aren’t many, perhaps 1-2 per hour. Gjon & his team are very kind and accommodating. The outdoor space is quite large and the pool is as big as it looks in the photos. I would estimate it to be about 15 meters (45 feet). There is enough parking space for several cars. The amenities inside are modern, and the whole place looks recently built or renovated. Everything works perfectly and it’s a great place to have as a home on the island. This place is flawless and it was a top tier experience. Put in Pantheon Villa Svoronata into GPS for a smooth arrival.

Wow!! We cannot recommend this stunning villa and space enough. We are already making plans to return. We were a group of 6, and we utilised all features of this beautiful place, the infinity pool, BBQ area and rooftop balcony. The stay would not have been the same without the kind help and recommendations of Aggelos. With the cleaning service, pool upkeep and local recommendations including a stunning boat trip to the Blue Caves, and a fantastic butcher for the BBQ, he is a very helpful host. A truly unique, quiet and relaxing space to enjoy with friends or family. Stunning views with easy access to shops, restaurants and bars, at the bottom of the bay. We rented a car for the trip, be careful driving up to the villa as the roads are uneven - When parking a car, park up on the right side of the Villa, not the left! Ioannis place was the perfect Airbnb stay. The flat is extremely specious, well decorated and designed to a high standard. The photos don't do it justice! The kitchen has everything you need. The home is luxurious but also like staying in a proper house with everything to cook, do laundry and just hang out relaxing with the most incredible views. The terrace is very large and has both a shaded and a large open area steeped in beautiful smelling flowers and foliage. But the the highlight though was Katerina (Ioannis mother) who fell in love with my two young children and would bring them fruit, homemade cakes and pastries. She has so much generosity, hospitality and kindness in her. Thank you Katerina. You are a reminder of the good things in life.

Dionysia and Panos are very friendly and extremely helpful landlords. The apartment on the 2nd floor overlooking the sea and large roof terrace is modernly furnished, very clean and in perfect condition. Everything you need is available. We were provided with tips for excursions and for taverns and bars. Every question was always answered spontaneously. Poros is a nice little place with a harbor and private beach. Many first-class taverns and restaurants, cafes and bars invite you to relax. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back 🫶
