It is located in the NOVO PASSO neighborhood, a quiet neighborhood in Passo de Torres, with a swimming pool, bathtub, fireplace and central gas. There are three bedrooms with comfortable beds, one of which is an air-conditioned suite. In the backyard, a pond with fish, two barbecue grills and a pool table await for good family times. We made this house thinking about bringing a little bit of the countryside to the city, and now we want to share it with you.

Ideal for those looking to be close to the sea, ideal for children and pets because the street has no exit for cars, thus making everything quieter. Downtown with a small square, volleyball court, soccer, basketball, snack bars, ice cream shop, restaurant 400 meters away going along the seafront. Market, bakery and snack bars on the main avenue 400 meters away. We also have a very beautiful lagoon with lifeguards 4 km away. Morro dos Macacos is a great tour.

The chalet is 100 meters (2-minute walk) from the sea, Passo de Torres, SC, and 4 km (10-minute drive) from Torres Beach, RS, bordering SC. The chalet is fully furnished, with a complete kitchen (all utensils), 1 full bed and 1 bunk bed, with bed linens, pillows, blankets. The bathroom has an electric shower (towels, soap, toilet paper, hairdryer). We offer free Wi-Fi. The total area is approximately 25 m2. We do not accept reservations longer than 10 nights, nor monthly.
