What a wonderful place!! The view is breathtaking and the house is very cozy! The beds are very soft, with great bed and bath linens. Super-equipped kitchen for cooking anything (I recommend that you do this, because the city is very quiet and has few options for places to eat). The bathtub is a show apart, nothing like taking a long bath while enjoying the wonderful view of the place. Access to the property is via a dirt road, but everything is well signposted and it is easy to arrive with any type of car, as the road is very well maintained. Vivian sent several videos so there wouldn't be any mistakes when we arrived, and it was super easy. Throughout the stay she was super helpful and promptly helped us with everything we needed! I highly recommend the stay and I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was great. The house is well equipped, comfortable and easy to find. The property has a huge lawn, good for kids to run around. All very clean and organized. Tom and Fatima are great hosts, very attentive.

We were delighted to spend wonderful days at Sítio São João da Colina, a simply magnificent place! The environment is extremely clean, cozy and quiet, with an exuberant view that delighted us at every moment. The service provided by Isaias and Dani was exceptional, both are super attentive and hospitable, making our stay even more special. Mr. João and Mrs. Gonçalina are people with a good soul, who welcomed us with great affection. Waking up in this paradise, with the birds singing and the cows mooing, was like listening to a dazzling symphony! The access road is easy to get to, making the visit even easier. Without a doubt, it was one of the best experiences we've ever had. We recommend it without a doubt to anyone looking for a haven of peace and natural beauty! It was a great stay! We already know it, my husband and I, Itamonte and the neighborhood where Ana Paula's house is located. This is the first time we have stayed at Ana Paula's Laundries house and we intend to return. Comfortable, with beautiful, quiet views, good distance from the center and the park of Itatiaia. Ana Paula and Rodrigo are great hosts, extremely friendly and affordable.

Excellent! In everything. The cleanliness is impeccable and noticeable when you enter the accommodation. I can safely say that it was the cleanest Airbnb accommodation I have ever stayed in in all these years on the platform. The view of the place is even more beautiful than in the photos. The place is peaceful, quiet and the hosts respond very quickly. The house has all the necessary utensils. Excellent shower and good mattresses! I'll be back for sure!
