Great place! Host very friendly with lots of local recommendations. Owner has coffee shop downstairs which is convenient, also some bike rentals and scooters for $ which is nice although we didn’t book this time. Grocery store and bakery across street. Quiet area with few restaurants nearby for relaxing stay - gorgeous views from the rooftop unit and nice hottub as a bonus! Also a gym downstairs for those that like a workout. Very very clean and nicely put together- highly recommended! We had a vehicle and parking also available in the back.

We had a great stay, the location and the accommodation are excellent. The property was clean and the communal areas such as the pool and outdoor kitchen were also at a high standard. It was very peaceful and the beach is a short walk away. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Compliments on the place - it's very quiet, close to everything on foot, and the place is very spacious and beautiful. Also kudos to Anna and her dad, they are most accommodating, friendly, and we worked it out quickly and easily. I'm definitely coming back 😊

Fyaka Loft Apartment with Balcony

We loved our stay at Danijela’s and Igor’s place so much! The apartment is wonderful and just perfect for 2 people. We especially loved the balcony to have breakfast. Everything was super clean when we arrived. We stayed for two weeks and got a new set of towels and bedsheets after the first week which was very thoughtful of Danijela. She was super friendly and helpful in giving recommendations on places to see and things to do in the area. The apartment is in walkable distance to the harbor and old town of Vodice, about 25 minutes, so you have everything very close by. We would definitely stay at her place again when we come back to Vodice!

The Airbnb with the most beautiful panoramic view of the city, quite simply. The terrace is superb, shaded as it should be, surrounded by many aromatic plants and other climbing plants, it's really very pleasant. This is the real plus of this apartment. A very well-equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, the apartment has been refurbished. The neighborhood is very quiet, you live in a neighborhood with local life, away from tourist accommodation. It's a 5-minute walk to the old town. Free parking is a 7-minute walk from the property. One of the best places for this price without a doubt.

Very cosy stay at Gordana’s studio, couldn’t have made a better choice. The studio was spotlessly clean, bright, pretty and confortable, same as on pictures. Very quiet area, nice view on the sea from the bedroom and the living room. The beach is 20 meters away, old town 15 minutes along a nice walk under pine trees beside the sea and very easy access from the main bus station of Zadar in 10 minutes walk. Would definitely come back ! Thanks for everything Gordana, you made my stay very nice considering the storm and rainy days !

Cozy apartment that offers everything you need (including dish washer). It has a nice terrace which is perfect for chilling or eating dinner in the evenings. Grill and parking spot is available. Anja is very responsive and helpful, she provided us with information about the estate, Žman and Dugi otok in general, which made our stay on the island even better and easier. She and her family are very kind and they make you feel very welcome. Location is good and Žman offers all the necessities (beach, shop, restaurant, bar, bus), but you will need a car to reach “wild” beaches and explore the rest of the island.

A fabulous stay! Excellent, very tasteful & individually decorated, the flexible doors were great for our needs. A place that is visibly guided with a lot of love for detail, with an unexpectedly higher standard. I arrived very exhausted & burdened here & was able to find what I was looking for: walking distance to the water, a quiet place (the beach never full) & in the vicinity the most necessary things: a small shop in the village, Sibenik for larger needs in a few minutes by car. Sime & Sonja made it easy for me to arrive well, feel comfortable & I was sad that I was not in a nicer condition myself & much more could be in contact. I had a lot with 3 of my children & we were allowed to leave our SUBs & our wagons at the property very relievingly. Very good air conditioning, the "street" on the beach only a small path. My first vacation and it was wonderful! I admire the two & send best regards!

I recommend the Ivo apartment, which is a guarantee of a great price for a beautiful place suitable for a vacation with small children. Nice beaches, children's playgrounds, shops and pubs within reach. We arrived at the accommodation 3 hours early, but Ivo said it was no problem and we could check in right away. The apartment was clean and spacious. A nice welcome was waiting for everyone in the fridge. Thank you for a nice vacation.

The accommodation was not far from the beach 10 minutes on foot. The apartment was acceptable cozy furnished by the size. It had everything we needed. The kids lacked wifi😀. The balcony and climate was a big plus. The parking spot was in front of the apartment building marked for you.

We enjoyed our stay in Poljana. It is very quiet location for relaxing and if you like to explore you have also the chance to see beatiful places on Island. All you need: beach, shop and restaurant is only few min. away from house. Nina's Mom is nice als friendly , you feel welcome. We are enjoying a creative, functional and stylish interior design from apartment. We are hope to come back soon.

From the moment we arrived we knew we had picked the right apartment for our stay. A very comfortable home. Right in the middle of the city but very peaceful. We loved Šibenik and our host and his father were extremely helpful. Josip’s place is located right next to the harbor with the most beautiful view of Trogir and the mountains behind. His house is just lovely, he has great communication, it was super easy to walk over to Trogir (only takes 5 minutes) and overall made it a fantastic stay. Would recommend to anyone!

We felt super comfortable with Martina/Marijo. The apartment was top notch with a magnificent view from the rooftop terrace. Marijo was very friendly and helpful A great host. We will be happy to come back.

Amazing place to stay at! Capacious and lovely for a group of people. The sea is within a 1 minute reach on foot from the house what is an amazing bonus! Breathtaking view on the sea! Apart from that it’s situated within a close reach of other cities so it’s really easy to commute and make 1-2 trips to somewhere from here via car! The hosts are very welcoming and always eager to help you when you need them. The house itself is newly built and furnished! Last but not least the general atmosphere is very hospital, you feel as if you’re a close friend of the hosts.

The spacious outdoor area is illuminated by soft lighting, featuring a swimming pool surrounded by wooden loungers. Lush greenery and tree foliage provide privacy, while modern seating arrangements are positioned nearby for relaxation. The villa's contemporary architecture adds to the inviting atmosphere.
