Je loopt uit je appartement gelijk het strand op en onder het gebouw zit een wasserette en een hippe coffee bar waar je heerlijk uitgebreid kan ontbijten op elk tijdstip je maar wilt en hun verhuren daar ook vele dingen als fietsen / strand ligbedden / scooters / auto’s / Paddle boards / boten / georganiseerde National park trips etc. om je vakantie compleet te maken. Quiet place 10 minutes from the three town fortresses and 5 minutes from the center will give You unique experience and put You in the focus of events in the city. You will need five min. by walk uphill from the main city square to get to an apartment. It is a small family building with the common staircase that has separated entrances to each apartment. The loft is located on the third floor. There is no guaranteed parking space but there is some easy accessible in within 10 min by walk.

This is a tastefully decorated, newly renovated and a very functional flat which is equipped with all amenities you will need. It is located on the top floor of a small residential building, with a beautiful old-fashioned stone staircase leading three flights up to the flat. The flat has breath-taking views of the bay, and each evening you will see the famous Zadar sunsets from your window.
