Cozy, spacious and bright 1 bedroom apartment in a historical and traditional neighborhood, in central Lisbon but quiet at the same time. Close to main attractions, public transports and with local commerce, restaurants and bars. Located in the district of Sao Bento, just next to the parliament, it's surrounded by the districts of Bairro Alto and Principe Real, Chiado, Santa Catarina and Bica, Santos and Estrela. All this within walking distance, just depending on the direction you choose to go! At the end of the street you have the mythic tram 28 which travels around the most important areas of interest through the heart of Lisbon and can easily take you to the Castle, Alfama, Mouraria and Graça, across downtown on to the other hills of Lisbon. The apartment has 1 Bedroom with double bed. 1 big open space with lounge area, dining table and kitchen area. 1 bathroom. 2 small balconies and a lot of natural light. Third floor, no elevator. The loft it's in city center, located in one of Lisbon's seven hills between Bairro Alto and the charming neighborhood Principe Real and Liberty Avenue, near the shopping district Chiado. Surrounded by restaurants, coffeeshops, bars, theaters, museums, art galeries and viewpoints it's also at 5 to 10 minutes walking of metro station, train stations to the Sintra and Cascais. Like almost old buildings, there is no lift and being the 3rd floor it is not advisable for people with reduced mobility.

The apartment has natural sunlight with a small balcony and a large window. It's located at the 3rd floor, and although with no elevator, the stairs are large and easy access.
