Warren’s place was the perfect home away from home - well-equipped and he even had toys and books for the kids. For what we paid, the accommodation was excellent value and Warren was so friendly and communicative, giving us local recommendations etc. I would go back here in a heartbeat if we ever go back to Auckland

A great location to access Ponsonby and surrounding areas- walkable to shops and great eateries. Comfortable beds and had everything we needed.

The couple, Mirna and Gav always gave heartwarming hospitality with absolutely cozy room, chocolate, tea and coffee. Actually this is the 2nd time to stay there in NZ. There was no choice except for their house when I come to choose where to stay in NZ. I had wanted to see them again since I stayed before. With kind and generous their hearts, my trip this time has got also unforgettable stay. I highly and strongly recommend all the tourist their house to stay in Auckland.

Fiona’s place is just as pictured, but personally even more beautiful I’m person. This was a perfect area for a group of people. Fiona was responsive and helped me with any of my questions. I would love to stay here again. Thank you so much!

Great location in Auckland! Easy to walk to Ponsonby Road and a bit further but doable walk to CBD. They brought the construction next door to our attention (it was on the listing and she messaged before we booked). It was not a big deal at all. They worked 8-5 and we really were not there during those hours anyway! No issues with parking! The longe and TV are downstairs, bedroom, bath, kitchen, and dining area are up stairs. Nice big balcony with a great view.

Thank you Hwan for our stay. Check-in was simple and straight forward. House is neatly presented and close access to Motorway on/off ramps. Would highly recommend if you want all the basic necessicities within 15mins from the Akl Airport. Hwan was available for communication during our stay.

The place was absolutely amazing and quite close to the family we were visiting. The shops and restaurants up the road were quite handy. I would definitely recommend this to anyone else looking for a home away from home. The place is still very new and still has the new carpet smell. Everything here was spotless!

One ill keep on my list for next time. I love Avondale it holds a special place in my heart Sunday market is just over the back and the people are always friendly close to shops if you just want to rest and chill inside.

Maxine’s place is in an excellent location, just a short walk to Milford Shops, making everything super convenient. The neighborhood is very safe and pleasant, which gave us great peace of mind. Her home is spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. Maxine herself is an amazing host—super nice, incredibly helpful, and full of great lifestyle inspiration! She gave us lots of valuable tips that made settling down in NZ much easier. We truly appreciate her kindness and hospitality. Highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place in Auckland!

The place is great! we felt very confortable with spacious rooms for everyone. it was spotless and we loved the living space. the location is also perfect, in walking distance to supermarket, cafés and waterfront.

My family stayed here for a few weeks and really loved it! It's clean, spacious, has everything you need, and feels like home. It's very easy to settle into and is close to the shops and supermarket. We highly recommend booking this home, it's an excellent choice for long stays as well.

It is a hidden apartment in a safe and convenient neighborhood, you need to drive a short lane to access the house from the main road, which is very good, providing more security and privacy. The house comes with a private sheltered car park, very easy if you drive a car with you. Tanya is very accommodating and responsive. There a little lovely garden around the house, perfect for a tea time in the morning.

Very comfortable stay, great views, would definitely use again

Great place to stay for 2 weeks close to work, very clean and warm, comfortable place. It could do with some more different kitchen items if you want to cook more like myself but being close to so many restaurants and shops, probably isn't an issue for most. I was surprised there was only 1 pillow on main bed, though there was spare ones in wardrobe, no spare pillowcases so I had to go out to buy some. I would stay again if I have to come back for work commitments.
