Great apt! You have everything you need to make the stay perfect

The accommodation was very good. Although the location seems strange to those who don't know Natal, the place is very quiet and safe. It has a garage, but on several nights we left the car on the street and never had any problems. It's very close to the beach (just down a staircase of about 100 steps and it's on the sand), but it's far from the black-tipped center. For those looking for tranquility and staying close to the beach is an excellent option. We always had support from Ana and Maria when we needed it and really the place was like in the pictures. It is glued to the hill of the bald which is also very good.

This was an amazing experience. The host was super responsive, the house was amazing, and the on-site grounds keepers were helpful at all times. I will definitely return and many thanks to Trinne, Graça and Cadete for making our stay amazing and seamless. I highly recommend this property.

The stay was perfect! Gabriel was super helpful, always able to help and answer our questions. Even though the accommodation was booked at the last minute, everything went very well. Both the condominium and the beach are quiet and have everything a person needs. I highly recommend the accommodation, it was worth every penny, a beautiful place, very well organized and structured.

It's a great place, but it's pricy. It has a great location, mini markets nearby, a beachfront, and amazing staff. They don’t have room service, but they have water, soft drinks, and beer to sell. 24/7 doorman service is included. The only downside is that the side doors don't open, and the balcony gets very hot during summer.

Adriana was more than one host, we had several problems on our trip, we need to reschedule twice and Adriana always willing to help us with everything. We gave us clear instructions, tips, tutorial videos, it was amazing. The space is in a great condominium in Ponta Negra, close to several establishments and strategic to exit the tours. Very difficult spaces with so many bedrooms and bathrooms in Ponta Negra. I recommend it to everyone. If I come back with family, I will certainly stay here

The place is exactly like in the pictures. Super cozy, nor equipped and literally ready to live in. I spent a week there and was very well received and supported by Ana before I even arrived. The site is positioned on the black-tip gourmet route with access to all kinds of restaurants, drugstores, markets, attractions and 15m walk to the beach. Certainly on my next trips to Natal I will try to return to Ana's accommodations again.

It was days when I felt at home even so far from my home! Perfect place, airy, clean, meets every need and even more! The perfect view, quiet place, access to the beach and super clean pool! It's well worth it!

Adriana's space was excellent. Amazing view, really beautiful. The apartment is well ventilated and very well lit. Excellent location, it can be very close to Natal and at the same time far away to have tranquility. Adriana helped me with everything that was possible. Clean bed and bath linens, clean bathroom accommodations. Everything was clean, except for the kitchen objects (cutlery, pots and glasses) and appliances (blender, sandwich maker, etc...) almost all dirty and greasy, it was necessary to clean them well to be able to use them. I also point out the lack of cleaning on the window panes, which are in horrible condition. However, the experience in Adriana's space was excellent. I definitely recommend it

It’s great place great location great everything can not complain.

Good quality mattresses and linens (which is fairly hard to find on Airbnb for this price range), very clean apartment, great view over the sea and quiet enough that you can hear the sound of the waves. Strong WiFi for who needs to work, a 24 hr minkmarket a minute's walk away, and a supermarket 5 mins walk away for anything you need for your stay. The beach is a five min walk too. Wilson was very kind and responsive. Highly recommend.

Second time I was in the apartment. The view is perfect! The staff of the building are very helpful and pass one person to make the bed and bathroom regularly, I believe every 48 hours. The location is perfect for those who want to know the black tip, but also to move to the beaches of the north and south of the state, we went to Redinha, Maracajaú and Pipa. We take great advantage of the pool and the beach just below, the building has a private entrance to the beach. Another high point was the 24-hour market in front of the building and the police guard that brings a sense of security when always coming and going.

Super comfortable, practical apartment with all the basics needed for small meals. Very well located. Close to the best restaurants, bakery, close to the beach. You do a lot on foot. Marcelo was a wonderful host, he greeted us personally, gave several tips on tours, beaches, contacts of bugueiros. Very friendly and available! The flat is extremely ventilated, I returned to Rio with a longing for the beaches and the Christmas wind! Highly recommend!!!

Location and spectacular view, internal and external space of the TOP accommodation, with barbecue on the balcony overlooking the Moro do Bald, and beach, very beautiful, sorry that the beach in front was done dredging, and the sand is thick with remains of the bottom of the sea, and the sea with a very strong and dangerous wave, but we went every day to beaches nearby, very good, we didn't miss a day, and there we took the place, we walked, and went through... recommend it.

Great location, super cozy place.

The location is perfect! Close to the beach, restaurants, bars, bakeries and a market. The Airbnb needs maintenance on a door and some walls, but nothing that hinders comfort. I needed to work a few days from the Airbnb and the Internet is very fast. Returning to Natal, I'll probably stay at Olimpio's flat again.
