Nice place, beautiful pool

Antonio and Leslie were wonderful hosts. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was a nice bonus even though we didn't get to use it much. The washer and dryer was also a great bonus and came in handy. It was also centrally located to a lot of things which made things convenient. We would definitely consider this place again. Highly recommended!

had a wonderful stay! Everything was great from start to finish. The service was excellent, and the host was incredibly attentive and patient; he responded to every question in 10 minutes or less, which made everything so much easier. The pool was amazing, definitely one of the highlights! The exterior of the property looked beautiful and well-maintained. Inside, the house was clean and comfortable; the beds and sheets were spotless, and the bathroom was in great condition. Overall, the house was very nice and I truly enjoyed the experience. I would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing stay, second time staying here. Ariana was so flexible with us and made sure we had everything we needed. It was incredibly clean and a big open space perfect for our family and two kids!

Connor was very responsive in addressing any issues we encountered & extremely mindful of not wanting to disturb us or our dog during the stay. We thoroughly enjoyed walking the neighborhood & seeing all the spectacular homes & boats on the canals & intercoastal, as well as gawking at some amazing super luxury performance automobiles. We would definitely stay again if we drive down to visit family.

Spent two weeks and totally satisfied for the large living space, comfortable bed, central quiet safe location, and the added bonus of a pool to dip into after a day at the beach. With two block proximity to the local Publix and a host of other food options in the area (Pops Fish Market is a two minute drive for fresh catch if you like to cook….broiling and steaming available if you can’t or won’t) shopping is not a problem. Deerfield beach is a short drive and is excellent….solid parking options at a couple bucks/hour and honestly the water and beach quality has always felt nicer than even Delray/Boca. The location is a great jumping off spot for exploring this part of South Florida and don’t forget the wetland conservation areas of Green Cay and Wakhadotchee just a short 20 minute drive away!

Wonderful home with all the comforts of home and more.All pictures and description of the home were accurate as the listing stated.The pool and spa were clean and added value for us and the price of the rental,kids will love the pool.Nice and quiet neighborhood.The third bedroom has a window A/C for your comfort.Owner controls the thermostat.however will adjust it for guest if requested.Thank you Nicole we enjoyed our stay at your home.

First of all, this place was so cute and perfect for the both of us. My girlfriend and I took our first vacation in 3 years and this was so worth it! Ornella was a super host! She went above and beyond looking at activity ideas for us to do since we weren’t so familiar with the area. While being checked in and settled in we saw a review that was the total opposite of what we had. There, the other person stated that there were issues with the remotes…however we had no issues. The tv remote is self explanatory. Literally just a Roku tv remote. The pictures Ornella posted of how the place look it’s the exact same thing we saw and enjoyed! Everything was well taken care of and they even had beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, sunscreen, after beach lotion and many other things we forgot. The place was clean and literally only 1 minute walk to the beach! It was perfect location and we felt very safe there. We will be booking with Ornella again for sure! Thank you Ornella!

Had the best little beach getaway at Amy‘s place! Was perfect to work in the mornings at the cottage and then head to Hollywood Beach for the afternoons. The place was super clean, the bed was really comfortable, and everything looked so nice and well put together! Amy was delightful as a host, too!

It was exactly what I needed.

The place was beautiful. It was a peaceful retreat. Everything was relaxing from the yard to the room. In the room everything was labeled, so it was easy to find everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. (My fiancé wants to know where to get the pillows and comforter.) Reese and Kay were so quick to reply with any questions we had and they even left us some delicious homemade mango ice cream. 100% would come and stay again.

Joanne is a great hostess. She communicates very well and is responsive to requests and inquiries. The location is ideal, located just off of Ocean Boulevard (A1A) on a quite low traffic side street. The location is very close to the beaches, several great restaurants and local attractions and very accessible to I95 if you wish to travers North or South. Very clean accommodations, with a dedicated parking spot and private entrance. The shared laundry is right out the back door as well as a gas grill. This was our second stay at Joanne's unity and will likely stay there again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cabana Carioca. The location was perfect; walkable to the beach and restaurants, yet a very quiet neighborhood. We had a small plumbing issue and reached out to the owners on a weekend night. They responded within minutes, and assured us that it would be addressed within the hour. Thankfully, it was resolved easily. We also enjoyed pleasant conversations with the other guests. It was great to stay at a clean, comfortable place and know that everything is just like home!

I stayed here for 3 nights with 2 friends to attend a wedding and we enjoyed ourselves very much! The location alone was worth 5 stars, a great value for the price. The beach and great restaurants were just a few steps away. Hosts were friendly and always responded quickly. We didn’t have any issues during our stay so I didn’t need to reach out but I know if I had I would’ve gotten help in a timely manner. Beautiful backyard space to enjoy, we played cards and enjoyed listening to the local music at night. We drove from a few states away so we arrived late at night, we did need to circle the block a second time to find the home but I imagine during the day it would’ve been very easy to find. Something to note if you are clumsy like me or traveling with someone older-the shower floor is incredibly slippery, I would recommend bringing a non slip mat. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others! Thanks for a great time!

We rented all 4 units and everyone agreed this is by far the best airbnb any of us have stayed in. They had basic things most Airbnb don’t have, like tooth brushes, tooth pastes, some cooking spices and oil. They even had things for the beach! We just came from a 7 day cruise and my son said staying at this Airbnb where we could fish from the backyard was even better then are cruise with a lot of his friends. Before we even left, we already booked all 4 units again as my son and I decided we wanted to stay again for our birthdays.

We had a lovely time staying at Island Nest. When we arrived it was clean, with great amenities and the A/C was on. It was a great location close to the beach, restaurants and every you'll need for your vacation. I highly recommend and would stay again.

The apartment is nice and clean. The grounds are beautiful with heated pool and lounge chairs overlooking the canal. The beach is 5-10 minutes walk. The host went above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. Perfect place to relax and unwind.

This place is really fantastic. It's in a great location near the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. It has a wonderful view facing north and you can see a bit of the ocean. It's a pretty new building and you can really tell. Everything is spotless. I like to walk for exercise and this is a block from the boardwalk where you can go miles at a time.

Salil and Neha were amazing hosts! Very kind and courteous from the moment I booked their space. We ended up extending our trip an extra night and they were so accommodating and let us stay. Very responsive and professional. The unit is beautiful and in a great location - would definitely return!!

The place was small and cute. Let out couch mattress was extremely thin but they usually are. the community pool was clean. The Apartment was clean and just enough space for my family of 4. They had everything you'd think to need for the beach and for your stay! Plenty of towels and wash clothes, Cooler, Chairs, Umbrella ( It Rained),Coffee machine w/ Coffee. Sand buckets & toys for kids, etc. 10/10 recommend especially if you're on a strict budget. The beach seemed more of a 5 min walk which was great! Loved the scenery around the home.

Place was just as described. Lots of local restaurants and shops nearby. Great stay would recommend.
