Vacation rentals with breakfast in Park County

Can’t say enough good things about Linda and her place! She was super helpful and easy to communicate with from the start. She had lots of useful tips and recommendations and made us feel at home. The house is on the golf course at the end of a quiet road … very peaceful. She lives in a separate portion and you only overlap if you are both in the laundry/mudroom area or garage. The hot tub was so relaxing and allowed us to soak in :) the beautiful views. It was extremely clean and private and she even had freshly baked chocolate chip cookies for us along with any other basic necessity you could need in a kitchenette or bathroom. The king size bed felt extra big and comfy and the separate sitting room was relaxing with a desk if needed. Both the bedroom and sitting rooms had big windows out to the golf course. We will definitely be trying to stay there again anytime we are in BV, thanks Linda!

My wife, Jan and I have stayed on Peak 7 for 10 or so years. You cannot beat the location or facilities. The staff is top notch and rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The shuttle to town is easy but there can be a wait. Hot tub, lockers for snowboards or skis, workout facilities (if you can breath) are all there.

Cabin was a quick and easy drive into Breckenridge. The cabin was cozy, stocked with supplies needed and provided a private location away from the crowds further in Breckenridge. Paula was extremely responsive with all of our questions prior to and during our stay. We really enjoyed our time! It was our kids first time seeing snow. Staying in the cabin made it feel even more magical!

Marilyn was helpful and really nice, but had a very long list of rules… too many rules/guidelines to actually remember all of them. Everything was really clean and she provided everything we needed to make it feel like home! She was very easy to work with and I definitely recommend staying here!

This place feels like a real home! The build, the decor, the furniture, the personal touches, and the style are really so lovely and refreshing. There are even games and a movie collection to choose from. The beds are so comfortable! The bathroom and the shower is beautiful. The location is very private as well. The hosts live upstairs and you can hear footsteps but honestly, it was never an issue. It’s a basement unit, so you’re destined to hear upstairs activity. But this basement was soo spacious! It felt like a dope apartment. I’d duplicate it if I could and live in it. There’s a private entrance and the hosts gave complete privacy and were responsive when I sent messages. Book your stay here! You won’t regret it. It’s 40mins from Downtown Denver but the drive is worth it since it’s in the mountains. I will definitely stay here again.

Leslie’s place was adorable and comfortable for 2 humans and a dog who are all babies about camping - this felt like the perfect combo between camping & glamping for us! We stayed one night in the fall and we were the only ones there, which seemed out of the norm for Leslie’s property. It would be a cool place to return to in the summer. There was also a wood-burning sauna on the property which we didn’t use, but Leslie offered to set it up for us. She was very accommodating!

This place is incredible! It is the perfect ski in - ski out location and the amenities were outstanding. We loved being able to hit the slopes first thing, catch lunch in our place, then relax in the hot tubs at the end of the day. Would definitely stay here again. Neal made it so easy and seamless - thank you so much!

I booked this for my mother and myself, she really wanted a quiet, peaceful location and this fit the bill on every level. We are already looking at dates to visit again next year. Everything was as described in lisiting but the surprise was how well stocked Polly's kitchen was for guests to use and by that I mean from spices to cream in the refrigerator for coffee. Polly was also very responsive when I had a question!

This is our 3rd time staying at Jill’s place and will definitely be back again! The condo is right off the Main Street and super close to anything you may need. The condo is always very clean and Jill offers many extra amenities to ensure that you have everything you need. I appreciate Jill’s local recommendations around Breck, we found a few new places to eat and drink from her! Highly recommend!
